From this cottage it is about 6min walk to Himos Arena. Ski slopes and golf are also within walking distance. In practice, the location is such that on vacation you may not need to drive a car at all
.The apartment is suitable for, for example, two families with children or a large party group that appreciates a nice atmosphere and a good location.
The downstairs layout of the apartment allows for shared dining and nights out while the two separate bedrooms (2+2 single beds) allow for your own privacy.
The large 58" TV in the living room offers both movie nights and small-scale educational events.
In the loft of about 40 square meters, there are five separate beds, that is, for all guests of the cottage (a bed is available for 9 persons).
For children, the loft offers a “world of its own” and the loft has, among other things, its own TV and DVD player, a few books and a social game.

Booking and cancellation terms
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT After booking, the customer will receive a written booking confirmation containing the invoice and the terms and conditions. The terms of the document are prescriptive
.The reservation fee is 150€ to be paid at the time of booking.
The final bill is due approximately six weeks before the start of the rental period. If the price of an individual accommodation is 2000€ or more, or the duration of the rental period is four weeks or more, the advance invoice is 50% of the accommodation price.
If the reservation is made less than eight weeks before the start of the rental period, only the final invoice will be made of the reservation, which will be due within 1-7 days of the booking being made on a case-by-case basis.
CANCELLATIONS A cancellation must ALWAYS be made in writing and on time (by email) to the renter. The reservation will not be canceled automatically if the invoice is not paid, but the customer must always cancel the reservation in writing. The cancellation is considered to have occurred at the moment when the notice of cancellation has been received in writing to the renter. If the customer proves that the written cancellation has been made and sent to the correct address at the correct time, the cancellation will be accepted
.If the customer has booked the accommodation earlier than 28 days before the start of the rental period and the customer cancels the reservation no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period, the payment paid less the cancellation fee of €150 will be refunded.
If the customer cancels their reservation later than 28 days before the start of the rental period, the full price of the accommodation will be charged.
