Himosvilla 1A or 1B is a range of 70 m² villas offered for rent by Himosvilat website and accommodates 8+2 people. The sofa bed in the living room can also be spread so that the cottage can have 10 beds if necessary. Between A and B of Himosvilloje, an intermediate door must be opened to combine the semi-detached house into a large cottage, for example for a meeting or a party, so that the villa can accommodate up to 20 people. In this case, there are 2 separate sauna compartments, 4 toilet spaces, 2 ice baths and 6 separate bedrooms. Completed at the Golf Resort in early spring 2015, this semi-detached villa is set amidst magnificent golf greens. In winter, a network of trails runs close to the villa and the golf course, the Himos Hotel and Himos Arena are only 1 km away. On the lower floor of the qualitatively decorated apartment there is a living room and a kitchen with a dining table for six people. In addition, one bedroom with two separate beds. In the living room, a large TV and a fireplace. There is also a sauna and shower, connected to the toilet and washing machine. At the entrance, there is a terrace that wraps around the three walls of the building where you can enjoy the magnificent sunshine and exquisite scenery. Upstairs there are two bedrooms as well as a toilet. One bedroom upstairs has four single beds and the other has a double bed and a TV. Pets allowed. The accommodation price does not include departure cleaning and bed linen. A mandatory departure cleaning fee of €88 will be added to the reservation in addition to the accommodation price. The villa has an outdoor hot tub, which can be reserved for use if desired. The price of the outdoor hot tub is 170 €/reservation time. Villa equipment: Fridge-freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, tableware, washing machine, 2 x TV, CD/radio, blue-ray/dvd player, fireplace, internet access, wood storage, car heating plug, gas grill.
