Himosvilla is a luxury villa offered for rent by HimosVillas website with a size of 140 m² and accommodates 16+4 people. Extra seats come from the sofa beds in the living room, so it is possible to stay in the villa for up to 20 people! Himosvilla has a semi-detached house, that is, between villas A and B, an intermediate door must be opened to combine the semi-detached house into a large cottage for meetings or parties, for example. In this case, you have at your disposal 2 separate sauna compartments, 4 toilet spaces, 2 refrigerator doors and 6 separate bedrooms. Completed at the Golf Resort in early spring 2015, this semi-detached villa is set amidst magnificent golf greens. In winter, a network of trails runs close to the villa and the golf course, the Himos Hotel and Himos Arena are only 1 km away. Each floor of the qualitatively decorated apartment has a living room and a kitchenette with a dining table for six people. In addition, one bedroom with two separate beds. In the living room, a large TV and a fireplace. There is also a sauna and shower, connected to the toilet and washing machine. At the entrance, there is a terrace that wraps around the three walls of the building where you can enjoy the magnificent sunshine and exquisite scenery. On each of the upper floors there are two bedrooms as well as a toilet. Upstairs bedrooms have four single beds, one with a double bed and a TV. Pets allowed. The accommodation price does not include departure cleaning and bed linen. A mandatory departure cleaning fee of €178 is added to the reservation in addition to the accommodation price. The cabins have blankets and pillows. Bed linen and towels can be ordered from us for 18€ per person if needed. The villa has an outdoor hot tub, which can be reserved for use if desired. The price of the outdoor hot tub is 170 €/booking time per side.
