Simultaneous rental of both sides possible, half can be connected from the inside by soundproof intermediate door.

Site Description
Latti Himos is a semi-detached villa completed in the Golf Resort area 11/2021, located in the middle of magnificent golf greens. In winter, the ski network runs close to the villa, and in addition to the golf course, the services of Himos Hotel and Himos Arena are only about
1 km away.
On the lower floor of the qualitatively decorated apartment there is a living room and an open kitchen with a dining table for eight people. Downstairs there is also one bedroom, a sauna and a bathroom. In summer, the cooling of the cottage is provided by an air heat pump if necessary.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a toilet.
Between the Latva and Lehti apartments there are opening intermediate doors, which make the semi-detached house combined, for example, for a meeting or a party.

Downstairs bedroom with two separate beds.
Upstairs two bedrooms, one with three single beds and the other with two single beds

Kitchen equipment:
Fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, tableware, cooking utensils.
Other equipment: Blankets
and pillows, cleaning tools, washing machine, TV, 2 x toilets, air heat pump, car heating plug, gas grill (used in summer and autumn).
Jacuzzi: The
villa has an outdoor hot tub for 7 people, which can be reserved for use if desired. The price of the outdoor hot tub is 160€/reservation time.
Other services: Starting
cleaning fee 80€. Bed linen and towels delivered 20€/person, extra 25€/person
