Pohjanis a high-end 23-person conference room completed in February 2023, located in the cottage area of the Golf resort. The villa's location close to amenities and slopes is excellent. The North Star is an improved version of the super-popular Alpine star for meeting guests, party groups or family holidaymakers. The spacious living-kitchen space has stunning views of the golf course and the slopes of Himos, and has a custom-made dining table for 23 people. Meeting is also great around this 5 meter long table. A video projector can be rented from our sales service, the image of which can be projected on the wall of the living room. In the living room there is also a cozy lounge area with a TV. There are also four bedrooms on the ground floor of the villa, as well as another lounge area near the sauna. This space features a cozy sofa corner and a TV. The sauna boards can accommodate up to ten people at a time and there is access from the sauna facilities to a terrace with a large outdoor hot tub. Upstairs there are four bedrooms as well as a toilet. Around the villa there is a spectacular porch with yard furniture in use during summer and autumn, as well as a gas grill that is in use all year round. Sleeping areas: The cottage has a total of eight bedrooms, of which there are 23 beds in total. 2 bedrooms with double bed 1 bedroom with three bunk beds 2 bedrooms with two bunk beds 3 bedrooms with four bunk beds Kitchen equipment: 3x Fridge-freezer, refrigerator, oven, induction hob, microwave, 2x dishwasher, 2x coffee maker, electric kettle appliance, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils. Other equipment: Blankets and pillows, washing machine, 2 x TV, internet access, equipment and wood storage, sauna, gas grill all year round and terrace furniture in summer. The villa has 4 toilets, three downstairs and one upstairs. Jacuzzi: The villa has an outdoor hot tub, which can be reserved for use if desired. The price of the outdoor hot tub is 250 €/reservation time. At certain times, the system automatically adds an outdoor hot tub usage fee to the reservation in addition to the cabin price. The outdoor hot tub is shown in the product line specified with the reservation. The dates in question can be checked here. Please note: The accommodation price does not include departure cleaning and bed linen. A mandatory departure cleaning fee of €210 is added to all bookings.
