We rent a log cabin in Honkarakenne with 2 separate bedrooms, living room, kitchen, separate toilet, sauna and loft in a quiet location just near the North slopes. Next to the entrance to the cottage is a small locked outdoor storage room for skis and a heat plug for the car. From the cottage you travel to the north slopes through the forest approx. 300 m. From the back yard of the cottage you can immediately reach the illuminated ski track. The ski trail runs approx. 4 km, but it also combines with other trails. There are atmospheric lean-tos along the ski track and Vuorikahvio serves customers in the high season. The cottage is located at the end of the road that ends, so it has a comfortable and safe courtyard for children

We rented a cottage at the time of the Himos Festival for three nights. The cottage was just right for our needs and in terms of location it was very good for us, in a quiet place a bit apart from the other cabins. Thanks to the shuttle bus, the distance from the venue was good and the longer journey did not hurt. When we arrived we had to look for the cabin a bit despite the address we got, but luckily I had received a phone number where we soon found help and we got more detailed instructions. In other respects, we were very satisfied with the management and communication with the renter worked flawlessly. A very reliable rental destination.
