Renovated and comfortably furnished half of the semi-detached house awaits tenants. The cottage is close to all activities. Whether you want to spend a relaxing holiday with your family, celebrate with friends or go on a sports holiday, this accommodation is just for you! The cottage is located in the Areena area, in the immediate vicinity of Himos Center, along the Säyrylänsalmentie in the cottage village of Lomahimos. The western slopes are within walking distance, as are golf, a swimming beach and restaurant services. New padel courts next to the cottage!
Area of 55 square meters + loft of 15 square meters. The level of equipment of the cottage is excellent. There are beds for 6 + sofa bed. Bedding (=blankets+pillows), no bedding, and a tableware set is for 8. The cottage has a bedroom, sauna facilities, and a loft with 2 sleeping rooms. The terrace is spacious and there is a new outdoor hot tub for rent (160€/stay). You can pull an awning in front of the spa for visual protection, except in snow time. Air heat pump. Children's equipment: potty, travel cot, travel feeding chair, safety gate at the top, skid skids 2 and sleds 2.
EQUIPMENT: drying cabinet, electric sauna, microwave, cleaning equipment, electric kettle, Led TV with Netflix etc. (on your own), coffee maker, fridge-freezer, slate fireplace, dishwasher, firewood, oven, plenty of storage space, hair dryer Final cleaning is not included, but you can order it for 77e. Petive/towel package (15e/person), you will also receive
in advance when ordering.
We have at our disposal a form-cleaning check application, which is sent to the owner before departure. (Required if you clean up yourself)
All of our items are VAT-eligible. By accepting the booking conditions, you agree to the rental.

Event Weekends and special holidays are priced separately, ask the owner about these by email. Festivals (Jussi, Jysärit, Skelmä, stage dances, erotica), other special times such as rallies, Easter, May Day, Christmas and New Year. Reservations through the owner only, in these calendar rates and length of stay do not apply!

Booking and cancellation terms
The booking fee, 20% of the accommodation price is paid within 2 weeks of booking. The remaining 16 days before arrival. For stays of less than 1 month, payment will be due one week after booking. Cancellation when 1 month prior, the booking fee will be refunded, if cancelled 2 weeks before, the entire stay
