Tail Star is a high-end 21-person conference room completed in April 2024, located in the cottage area of the Golf resort. The villa's location close to amenities and slopes is excellent. The tail star is made for meeting guests, party parties or family vacationers. Everyone enjoys it here!
Thespacious living-kitchen space has stunning views of the golf course and the slopes of Himos, and has a custom-made dining table for 21 people. Meeting is also great around this 5 meter long table. There is also a large 85” TV in the living room, which can be conveniently connected to a computer in meetings. So, for example, a video cannon is no longer mandatory in this villa
. On theupper floor of the villa there is also another living room/lounge area near the sauna. This space features a cozy sofa corner and an 85” TV. Sauna boards can accommodate up to 12 people and more at once. From the sauna facilities there is access to a large 100 square meter terrace with a large outdoor hot tub. In the sauna section there is also a toilet, a drinks cabinet and a large dressing room. Upstairs there is also a splendid second toilet near the living room and kitchen. There is also one bedroom upstairs. The kitchen is the very last cry and very glamorous, integrated, illuminated, with
a large serving island and quartz countertops.On the ground floor of the villa there are eight bedrooms as well as a stunning toilet/shower and a second toilet.
Around the villa there is a spectacular porch with yard furniture in use in summer and autumn and a gas grill that is in use until the end of October.

Jacuzzi: The
villa has an outdoor hot tub, which can be reserved for use if desired. The price of the outdoor hot tub is 250 €/reservation time.
At certain times, the system automatically adds an outdoor hot tub usage fee to the reservation in addition to the cabin price. The outdoor hot tub is shown in the product line specified with the reservation. The dates in question can be checked here
Please note: The
accommodation price does not include departure cleaning and bed linen.
A mandatory departure cleaning fee of €210 is added to all bookings.
It is recommended to reserve bed linen for the property.

CLEANING
When the departure cleaning is ordered from HimosLom, the customer must take care on the day of departure that the holiday home remains traces of the
so-called normal living; dirty dishes in the dishwasher or on the sink table, garbage in the garbage can, cans and bottles on the kitchen sink in plastic bags, rental linens and towels on the floor of the hallway and furniture in place, both indoors, on the terrace and in the courtyard.
Instructions can also be found in the holiday home.
It is forbidden to smoke indoors in the holiday home, outdoor cigarette butts must be put strictly in the ashtray.
When you leave, remember to close and lock the doors and windows.
