Within walking distance, you will find the services of Himos, the slopes, the Himos Arena with its restaurants and live gigs, hiking and mountain bike trails and, the Himos Golf Course with water range.
The villa accommodates 16 people in seven bedrooms, three of which are upstairs and four are downstairs. Two of the upstairs bedrooms are for three people, one of which also has a double bed 160 cm. All single beds are 80 cm.
You can dine either at the table of 16 people connected to the open kitchen or in the warm season outdoors on the terrace, where there is also a 16-person dining group. The glazed part of the upper terrace has a pleasant, glazed lounge terrace with gas grill and on the downstairs terrace outdoor furniture for socializing.
High-quality appliances such as induction cookers, 2 dishwashers, a fully equipped kitchen with 24 people dishes and cooking utensils with breakfast cabinets make your holiday easy.
Building technology is state of the art with geothermal heating, heat recovery, cooling with air heat pump, 22 kW electric car charging, Yale smart lock and drying cabinet. 65" Smart TV is on both floors.
Downstairs there are two toilets and a stylish sauna section. Upstairs there is a bathroom and toilet combination.
