Welcome to spend your holidays in our charming and modern log villa located in stunning scenery close to the amenities of the area.
Villa Breikki is a high-class semi-detached villa whose apartments can be combined into one large 140 m² villa by opening an intermediate door connecting the apartments. In this case, the accommodation capacity is 12+2 people
.
Villa Breikki is located in Himos Golf Resort, a short distance to nature trails and tracks, golf, ski slopes and numerous events in the area.
When renting the entire Villa Breik, you have at your disposal two living rooms/kitchens, four bedrooms, two sleeping alcoves, two saunas and four toilets.
Each bright and well-decorated apartment has a living room/kitchen on the lower floor, as well as a bedroom (double bed), sauna and bathroom. The sofas in the living rooms can open the beds for one adult. The large windows and large terraces of the living rooms offer stunning views of the golf course.
On the upper floor of both apartments there is a bedroom (double bed), a sleeping alcove (a bed that can be spread out for two) and a toilet.
Two hot tubs: from the outside door of each apartment you can directly access the heat of the outdoor hot tub all year round, and in the summer season you prepare tasty dishes using the gas grills on the terrace.
Thanks to the intermediate door, Villa Breikki is an ideal solution also for parties where some of the group want to go to bed earlier than others.
Villa Breikki also has a children's high chair and a travel cot if necessary, please ask about them separately!
PLEASE NOTE
- In addition to the rental price, there will always be a final cleaning of 180 eur and on weekends there will always be at least one outdoor hot tub. 1 hot tub 180 EUR, 2 hot tubs 360 EUR.
- We do not offer same-day bookings
- Weekend booking is always at least Fri-Sun, rental cannot start or end on Saturday
- This is a pet-free villa - At some times available late checkout by 5 pm, +100 eur
. Please confirm availability when booking.
- The lessee must be at least 20 years old (at the time of conclusion of the contract)
