Villa Hill Magia is a modern VIP-level villa for 10 people, completed in the summer of 2021. The villa is set on a steep hillside in a cottage area under construction at the Golf Resort. Offering stunning views of the golf course, the villa is a high standard and modern villa that meets the requirements of a representative cottage, a meeting place and quality holiday accommodation.
The
villa is built on two floors. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms of 11 m², a 10-person sauna & laundry room with three showers, a living area, two separate toilets, a fridge, a washing machine and a drying cupboard. On the outdoor terrace of the entrance floor, a 7-person jacuzzi and an extended “sun terrace” next to it

Upstairs there is a 45 m² high living room with large windows covering the entire end wall, the natural landscape and the golf course are ever-present and perceptible. The living room has a well-equipped open kitchen*. There are two bedrooms upstairs, a large 18 m2 master bedroom and a smaller 11 m² bedroom. The master bedroom has a plush Yankee double bed, the smaller bedrooms all have separate 90cm beds. Upstairs toilet & shower

Rental prices & times vary by season. Festivals priced separately according to the general price level of the region. During the golf season, the rental includes cottage play rights & use of golf carts for those who have booked tea time. Toilet and kitchen papers, hand soaps, dish & cleaning supplies and pefflets in the villa are also ready.
Last minute offers are worth keeping an eye out for! Meeting package available upon request, reservation in advance. Children's high chair, travel cot & potty can be ordered to the villa in advance. Holiday cooking and catering services provide relief, breakfast and meals are delivered to the cottage, among other things. Elonen's cottage delicacies and restaurant HilHirvi.
