Located in the popular cottage area of HimosYkkönen, this 6-bed luxury cabin is located within walking distance of the Western slopes, Himos Arena, Himos Center and the services of Willi Länsi - activity center. A full-scale golf course is also within walking distance.
On the ground floor there is a cozy living area with an atmospheric fireplace, an open kitchen with a spacious dining table for six, a comfortable sofa, as well as a home theater. In addition, on the ground floor there is access to the terrace, as well as a toilet with washing machine and a powerful drying cabinet.
On the second floor there is a bedroom, sauna facilities and access to the backyard terrace with outdoor hot tub.
On the third floor there are two bedrooms as well as a separate toilet.
There are three parking spaces in the yard.
Sleeping areas: On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. On the third floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and TV and the other with a loft bed approx. 160 cm wide. The loft bed is approx. 150 cm in height.
Other equipment: Blankets and pillows, drying cupboard, cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, sauna, 2 x toilet, 2 x TV, home theater, internet, fireplace, air heat pump, coffee maker, water kettle, iron, hairdryer, outdoor storage with space for skis, gas grill (only available in summer and autumn). In the yard there are 3 parking spaces with heating poles, including one in the carport.
Jacuzzi: The apartment has an outdoor hot tub, which can be reserved for use if desired (extra charge).
Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is by 12 noon on the day of departure (or by appointment).
Additional services:
- Departure cleaning 88€ will be added to the price of the reservation.
- Outdoor hot tub price 166 €/stay, optional extra service.
- Bed linen can be rented from Himos Center for 15 €/person if necessary.
Other things to note:
- Minimum rental period 2 days, depending on the duration of events.
- Pets are not allowed.
