Villa Länsihuippu log villa was completed in 2017 in a beautiful and quiet location in the West Peak of Himos. In the courtyard of the villa there is plenty of space for parking. The living quarters of the villa are on one level and on its lower floor you will find a large garage and storage room.
The upper floor contains a combination of a spacious living room, dining area and kitchen, from which there is access to a large and cozy terrace equipped with openable glazing and a fireplace.
On the floor there are a total of three bedrooms, one of which is a double bed 160cm wide and in the other two bedrooms 2 single beds per room. A spreading sofa in the living room provides additional accommodation for two people.
The villa has a separate toilet, a practical utility room, as well as washing facilities and a sauna. From the washroom there is also a staircase to the outdoor hot tub in the backyard, where you can enjoy the winter scenery in your own peace. The upper floor is also equipped with an air heat pump. A touch of luxury brought with a billiard room and a bar room.
Länsihuipuntie is located above the slopes of Länsi-Himos and the distance from the yard to the slopes is less than 500 meters, so the slope is easy to walk on foot and you can easily get back by descending directly into the cottage yard. In addition, hiking and cycling trails can be found on the top right near the cottage. The distance to Himos Center, Arena, Himos Golf and the new Wild West amusement venue and sports hall is approximately 2 km away.
