Thevilla has more than 100m2 terraces with tranquil forest scenery and jacuzzi. A spacious villa of 120m2 + 80m2 opens up to an unobstructed peaceful forest landscape. The spacious, bright and modernly decorated villa is located on three floors and thus offers several separate rooms for the entourage. The large terrace in the sunny and peaceful backyard has a hot tub, barbecue canopy and an outdoor fire place to spend time together. Italian stone has been used in the interior of the cottage. On the ground floor, two bedrooms and a separate fireplace room/bedroom with a sofa bed. The large loft on the upper floor has a bedroom with four beds that can be closed by the door. In addition, in the open space of the loft there are two beds and a sofa, as well as a Smart TV where you can watch Netflix or other streaming services. Villa Loiste thus comfortably accommodates 10 guests in beds, 2 guests on a sofa bed, of which two full beds (80 x200cm). In addition, the cottage has one spring mattress for a spare bed (80x 200cm) and a children's travel bed (60 x 120cm). Villa Loiste offers excellent opportunities to combine telecommuting, studying, sports, outdoor activities, family holidays or meeting friends. Scavolin kitchen, Miele kitchen appliances, air heat pump, two fireplaces, sauna, showers (2), toilets (3), cable TVs (3), dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, wine/drink cabinet for cold drinks, washing machine, dryer, drying cabinets (2), efficient Wifi, Tivoli radio, wireless Bluetooth speaker, exercise bike, stepper, small Acon pool table and jacuzzi etc provide a good opportunity for a relaxing holiday for the whole party. Downstairs soundproofed remote workstation with height-adjustable electric desk, monitor and decent office chair. In the loft there is another remote workstation. The sun shines all day on the balconies, as well as the large terraces of the backyard, with Weber gas grill, house grill, barbecue canopy and sunken hot tub. The air heat pump at the top and bottom cools the interior comfortably. The long extendable dining table of more than 3m outside, the smaller garden belt on the upper terrace and the long table in the living room allow even larger groups to dine indoors or outdoors.
