Wonderful villa with a quiet vantage point in the West Huippu area of Himos. The sheltered 35m² terrace overlooks the slopes of Länsi-Himos, where you can enjoy the warmth of the 7-person outdoor hot tub.
Barbecues can be enjoyed all year round in the lean-to. At the end of the road leading to the villa you can reach the illuminated tracks, which also allow you to descend directly to the slope.
A private parking area is in front of the villa. Himos center facilities and Himos Arena 1.5km away
.Downstairs there is underfloor heating throughout the rooms and laundry areas, as well as an atmospheric storage fireplace. The spacious balcony is conveniently accessed after the sauna to cool off and enjoy the wooded scenery.
The fully equipped kitchen can cook and dine for even larger groups. In addition, the lean-to has a Lapland kitchen, firewood and space for 10 people.
Thevilla has 3 separate bedrooms and 2 living rooms with sofa beds, sleeping places in total 10. For children, the villa has highchair and potty travel beds for rent 35€/piece
