.The cottage is surrounded by a large grass field and a grove of trees. The cottage has a rowing boat for guests to use. The lake is a small Finnish lush rural lake with a mud bottom. Sand has been driven into the beach, vegetation has been removed from the beach and the beach has been renovated in early July 2024. See pictures of the beach taken on July 8, 2024. A new 6m longer pier extension has been installed on the beach at the end of July 2024. Kts uuusi's picture where there is a wooden chair at the end of the pier. The cottage is not the best option for those looking for a beach and this is taken into account in the low accommodation price.
In the centre of Jämsä, for example in a country swimming pool, a common swimming area suitable for young children, with a sandy beach. The area also has outdoor gym equipment available for everyone, Pumptrack, volleyball courts, and a children's transport park for riding with pedal cars. The cottage has a children's travel cot, high chair, potty, swimming toys and yard games
You are at the cottage in your own peace but close to the services: you can reach Himos in about 15 minutes and the city market, S-market and Lidl in 5 minutes from the centre of Jämsä. Neste, Tokmanni, Kotipizza, Hesburger, Burger King, Thai restaurant and
Hotel Jämsä 3 km.Also nearby are the national parks of Isojärvi and Helvetinjärvi, Himos golf, Jämsä Paintball area, Wanha fionen canoeing route, Serlachius Museum in Mänttä. In the hall 20 min from Jämsä is the aviation museum and the museum of the Kar-Air Oy airline headquarters.
The price includes accommodation only. The customer brings his own sheets and towels and does a thorough cleaning at the start. You can book departure cleaning in advance for 60e.
Rallies and Metko 2024 are still free! Leasing for the 2025 season has not yet commenced.

Booking and cancellation terms- Cancellation must always be notified in writing to the owner of the cottage. Please note that non-payment is not a cancellation.
- If you have to cancel your booking at least 4 weeks before the start of your booking, we will not refund the booking fee.
- If you cancel your booking less than 4 weeks before your booking, we may attempt to reschedule your booking. If this is not possible, then the owner of the cottage is not obliged to return the amount paid.
- In case of illness, please check with your insurance company for the possibility of receiving compensation for the payments paid. -
Payment termsTo confirm the reservation, the reservation fee must be paid within 1 week and the final payment no later than 4 weeks before the start of the rental date. If the beginning of the reservation is less than 4 weeks, the full rental fee will be paid at once.
If the reservation or final payment is not paid in time, the reservation will be cancelled. -
Delays and compensations- Accommodates up to 5 people

Damages and deposits- Check the condition of the cabin upon arrival. If you find any shortcomings, immediately contact the landlord. If you report a defect only after your stay, we will not have the opportunity to correct it during your holiday.
- The tenant is responsible for the damage caused. In case of damage, contact the landlord immediately. -
Insurance and own risks- Be sure to take out your own insurance.
