Villa Nevada for 10+2 persons is a premium villa of high quality and very high quality in the cottage area of North West Himos. Optimally located next to the northern slopes, ski trails and jogging trails.
Excellent choice for companies for conference travel. Each bedroom has its own toilet and shower. Large common areas for meetings and parties.
On the ground floor there is a stylish spacious living area, an open kitchen, as well as three separate double bedrooms, each with two separate beds plus a private shower and toilet.
From the living room access to a magnificent glazed terrace of 40m² from which the view opens to the North-West Slopes and Patalahti.
Downstairs, sauna and washroom with dressing room, utility room and home theatre room with sofa bed for two and extra mattresses for two. Downstairs there is also a bedroom with two separate beds and private access to the terrace. The sauna facilities lead directly to the downstairs terrace, where a warm hot tub awaits the bathers.
Residents use a remote control open warm garage for two cars.
