Located on a scenic beach, in a very quiet location, our cozy villa is located in Hirviniemi. First up against is a large new glass terrace that doubles in the summer downstairs spaces with beautiful lake views. In total, about 40 m2 of terrace space protected from the weather is occupied. Inside, warmth and atmosphere are brought by a firestone fireplace and, if necessary, also cooling by an air heat pump. In high season, the cottage also has wifi available. Downstairs there is a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and 1 bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs there are 2 sleeping places on the loft with balcony and 2 more in the small bedroom/study, which can be a double bed. Fully equipped, cozy kitchen with stove, fridge-freezer, oven, small dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc. A generous set of dishes and a lot of kitchen utensils.
In the wood-heated 22 m2 beach sauna, you can enjoy soft steam baths and occasionally go swimming in the summer evenings. While enjoying the beach view, you will find a gas grill and a smokehouse. The sandy beach is shallow and comfortable for the whole family. In the cabin you can enjoy the water, for example, a water raft and the lake atmosphere can also be enjoyed from a rowing boat.
The cabin has basic equipment for fishing. The water is also good for active fishing and it is also possible to get the owner's more versatile equipment for the skilled enthusiast who is suitable for use.
Long-term rental is also possible on individually agreed terms even in winter, it is worth asking. The cottage is fully winter habitable and equipped to allow living. Upstairs there are, for example, ready workstations with an electric table for remote work, and downstairs you can find a washing machine and other necessary. The possibility of using the tractor trailer and the motorboat can also be negotiated separately in a long-term contract.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental termsA lease agreement is signed with the tenant when the cottage is handed over. The cottage will be returned in the same condition as it was when it arrived, the goods in place, the dishes washed. Basic final cleaning available only if ordered separately from 150€. Bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the rental unless otherwise agreed. For an additional fee, a linen set (bed sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, hand towel and bath towel) 20 €/person Pets are welcome, but we will charge a fee of 10€ per day unless otherwise agreed. The use of ordinary movable property is included in the rent. The use of motor equipment, vehicles, etc. is not included in the rental without a separate agreement. It is strictly forbidden to organize parties and events, such as stag parties, etc., or to carry out commercial activities, as well as the transfer of the right of use without the written permission of the landlord. The landlord has the right to recover the amount of rent paid as additional compensation for activities contrary to the prohibition, as well as any settlement costs. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the cottage and on the terrace! If there is smoking in the cottage or on the terrace, the renter has the right to charge 500 euros for this, as well as any cleaning costs for removing the odour. In the case of long-term rentals, the terms and the minimum duration of the continuous contract are agreed separately. In continuous leases, electricity and water charges are not included in the rent and residents must have their own insurance unless otherwise agreed.
