Welcome to a holiday in nature, surrounded by the beautiful ridge landscapes of the National Park. Maijala is a cottage with many opportunities for wilderness hikers and dog people, where you can experience a different more ecological holiday from early spring to late autumn, even in winter
. Afireplace hearth has been installed in Maijala's open fireplace, so now it is more suitable for winter with small frosts. The cottage has gas equipment (stove and refrigerator). A solar cell brings light into the dark nights of autumn. Possibility also for example to charge the phone (inverter). Clean drinking water is brought to the cottage. Washing and dishwashing water portable from the lake, if necessary, make an awning.
At the cottage you can fish, pick berries, mushroom pickers, go on excursions, swim, sauna, row, paddle (canoe for rent 25 €/week, 50 €/week), ride a boat (SUP board for rent 25 €/week, 50 €/week) to cook, read, chat, play,... and almost anything! We rent a mobile tub for our customers at a price of 200 €/week or 300 €/week (incl. trees)
. Steepstairs lead from the cottage to the beach, so Maijala is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pets are welcome at Maijala at no extra cost and they will enjoy themselves, just like you, your family and friends in a quiet place
. Inaddition to camping and walking in nature, the experience can be a rye bread class, a yoga class for the whole family or a circus workshop! Ask for a quote.

Booking and cancellation termsBooking confirmed by replying to an email will take effect after payment of the booking fee. Any cancellations must be notified in time, no later than 14 days prior to arrival. Rent repayment on a case-by-case basis. First of all, we are looking for a new time.

Payment terms
The booking fee is 30% of the rental within 7 days of booking and the second installment 70% of the rental plus any additional services, due date 28 days before arrival. Payment in one installment if arrival closer than 45 days.

Delays and compensations
The client cleans the cabin to the same condition as it was when arriving at the cottage. For an additional fee, the possibility to pre-order the final cleaning in the Maijala cottage at a price of 75€ and in the Star Winter Villa for 140€. -
