Lammenranta, as its name implies, is located on the shore of its own pond, however, right near the main building. Dip in for a swim or fool the perch off the pier! Open in winter.The two-storey log cabin has comfortable facilities: downstairs kitchen, living room, sauna and toilet, upstairs sleeping places for six (6). Extra bed possibility for four (4) (upper and lower floor) meaning we can accommodate up to a total of 10 people. The sofa downstairs is not a sofa bed, but you can temporarily sleep in it too. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Full kitchen with dishes for 10. The spacious terrace overlooks the pond and the spacious courtyard. On the terrace, our outdoor hot tub is available for rent at a
price of 180€. Thepond beach is also ideal for holding small meetings or evenings for up to 20 people. Ask for individual evenings by phone.
The country hotel also offers seasonal rental equipment (sup boards, fatbike, snowshoes...) A tasty country breakfast is available upon prior reservation at the hotel. Ask the hostesses for more!

Booking and cancellation terms
As
a cancellation fee, we will charge 50% of the total price of the reservation if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the start time of the booked accommodation.

Payment terms
The booking fee will be sent to the renter after booking. The cost of the reservation fee is the price of 1 day, which is deducted from the total amount. The booking fee is non-refundable
.The total amount can be paid by the customer on the spot upon arrival, or in advance by invoice upon request.

Delays and compensations
If you are staying in a cottage, you are responsible for cleaning it. You can order cleaning in advance at the time of booking, and the price is 120 €/cabin. The guest must take care of the following things before handing over the cottage: garbage removal, vacuuming and washing floors, cleaning dishes, removing stains and dirt, exporting goods and bedding. Even if the final cleaning has been ordered, the condition of the cottage is required to be consistent with normal living.
If cleaning has not been ordered in advance and we have to clean the cabin for you, we will charge a separate cleaning fee of 200 €/cabin.
Bed linen and towels:
Bed linen and towels are always included in the price of accommodation.
Firewood:
The price of the cottage includes firewood.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed to be brought to the cottage.

Damages and deposits
The customer is responsible for the property's belongings during the rental period. The customer is obliged to inform the property immediately of any damage caused to the property and compensate them for Maalaishotell Morva.
Smoking is prohibited in the interior of the cottages!
