Villa Valkojärvi is a renovated holiday apartment equipped with the amenities of a private house for year-round use with an outdoor hot tub. It is about an hour's drive from Helsinki and half an hour drive to beautiful old Porvoo. You can drive the car directly in front of the front door. The windows of the house, which is located right on the beach, offer beautiful lake views. You can also enjoy them while relaxing in the hot tub. Pets are welcome here
.The cottage has 3 bedrooms, two with 2 beds and one with beds for three. The sofa in the living room has one extra bed. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2020 and are equipped with dishes for 10 people, cooking utensils, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob and oven, microwave, waffle iron, coffee maker, toaster and electric mixer. The water comes from its own borehole and inside there is a shower as well as a toilet. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also included. Heating is carried out by an air heat pump and electric radiators, the bathroom and sauna have underfloor heating. Air conditioning is. For children there is a play kitchen, toys and books, a DVD player and movies for both children and adults.
Outdoor activities include bowling, petanque, dart board and frisbeegolf basket. In the old house there is a multifunctional game board in summer with, among other things, football and mini billiards, croquet. There is also a sandpit and swings in the yard. Outside there are several table groups, where you can find a seating area suitable for each occasion.
In the same courtyard there is an old house, a sauna cabin with a wood-burning stove and a water boiler. Water enters the sauna cabin from the lake. It is also possible to stay here for 1-4 people for a fee to be agreed separately.
The lake is clean and has been free of blue algae in recent years. There is plenty of private shoreline, so it's easy to go swimming and the beach is shallow
, ranging from hard to softer.This item is well suited for families with children and couples or small groups. Holidays for more generations are possible, since there are also beds in the sauna building. Be sure to mention if you need a highchair or potty. The boat is included in the rent and 3 pieces of boat vests.
Prices include sheets, towels and final cleaning.

)Smoking is permitted outdoors in a designated place. The nearest neighbor is 300m. It's easy to be here and relax. The sunny and spacious 0.75 ha yard has space to play and walk.

Booking and cancellation termsIf the lessee cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the rent paid will be refunded. Any cancellation fee specified by the lessor or the service agent's service fee will not be refunded. If the lessee cancels 30 days-1 week before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rent paid will be refunded. After that, cancelled bookings will not be refunded at all.
If the lessor is forced to cancel the confirmed reservation for any reason, all rental costs paid by the lessor will be refunded.
