Koli24's Villa Kannas 2 cottage is located in Juua, North Karelia.
The cottage is 6.7 km from the centre of Juua and shops. A trip to Koli Ski Resort and the 6th most popular national park in Finland (Kolin) is just over 30 minutes by car.
Villa Kannas 2 luxury cottage has been completed in February 2021. The cottage has 130 squares decorated on top of the last one and the cabin can accommodate 8 people.
The cottage has a total of 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and two separate beds. The master bedroom has en suite shower and toilet facilities and a smart TV. Each bedroom has closet space for clothes.
The cottage has 200 mega wifi access and three smart TVs (1 in the living room and 2 in the bedrooms).
The cottage has a really spacious 24 square meter terrace. There is a relaxing outdoor hot tub for 7 people on the terrace for an additional fee. Relaxing in the hot tub, you can admire the starry sky and the splendor of the Northern Lights through the glass ceiling.
The cottage is located right on the shore of Lake Pielinen. From the terrace of the cottage to the beach there is a distance of 20 meters. In summer, in addition to swimming, you can also enjoy the waves of Pielinen while swimming on the cottage's rowing boat.
In the living room you will find a sofa and a storage room, where you can admire the lake view or watch the 65-inch smart TV and the warp of the fireplace. The fireplace with a black gloss finish is made by the well-known Juuk-based company, Tulikivi.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a spacious refrigerator-freezer combination, oven, stove, and dining table for 8 people in addition to crockery and kitchen utensils for 12 people.
In the hallway you will find places for shoes, as well as closet space for clothes. In the washroom there are facilities for a washing machine and a dryer.
In the atmospheric electric sauna, take a hot steam bath before taking a dip in the lake or outdoor hot tub. On the terrace you will also find a large gas grill.
At your disposal are board games (Alias, Monopoly, Kimble and Scrabble), a club, and two pairs of snowshoes.
Villa Kannas 2 is a 7-minute drive from the centre of Jaua, where you will find Team Sportia Juuan, furniture store Pielinen Kalusteen, Juuan ABC, a pharmacy and Alko.
A 9km long traditional ski trail runs 500 metres from the cottage.
A small marina can be found 200 metres from the cottage and a public beach with changing cabins maintained by the municipality of Juua.
