Villa Varpuranta is an upscale, personal and beautiful holiday apartment on the beach of Pielinen in Juua, just 35 km from Koli. Built from the handsome Mammuttihirre, this 2-storey villa is elegant and cozy, a holiday oasis praised by guests.

The holiday home has a spacious layout, clean surfaces, good indoor air, beautiful interior and equipment for a second home. Three bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people and the upper lobby can be adapted for two in the fourth bedroom with a sofa bed in the lobby. In addition, 2 narrow beds. In the spacious downstairs corner sofa in the living room, you can relax and admire the Piel opening behind the window or the atmospheric fireplace in cooler weather. The villa is located on a 1.2 hectare private plot, part garden-like living yard, part natural sparrow forest, which, depending on the season, offers its own kind of peace and small nature experiences. Own shallow, mostly sandy beach, rowing boat and a couple of rafters. There is also a nice fire place on the beach, where it is nice to sit in the evening on the fire with stick sausage and marshmallows - or fry your own fish catch.

In the summer season* in front of the villa I often have a tropical warm sun terrace with outdoor furniture that brings joy to beautiful summer days. On the lakeside back terrace you can enjoy a morning coffee in the morning sun or take a dip in the inflatable hot tub (included in the price). Outside, a good selection of outdoor games, as well as a sandbox and toys for the little ones in the family, as well as a rustic playhouse (users tidy up their tracks).
