Booking and cancellation termsAfter booking a cottage, a reservation fee of 20% of the reservation is charged. Weekend rentals are billed in one installment.
Cancellation can be made either at info@vaantajantila.fi or by calling 0400 525 062. Failure to pay the reservation or the final payment is not a cancellation of the reservation. If the customer cancels at least 30 days before the start of the reservation, the part of the payment that exceeds the reservation fee will be refunded. For bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to booking, the full amount will be charged. We recommend travel insurance, which covers the costs of cancelling a trip, e.g. in case of illness. -
Payment termsAfter the booking is made, the reservation fee is charged and the final payment is billed one month before the reservation. Billing either by e-mail as a bank transfer or via the website using a debit or credit card. The reservation made six weeks before the start of the holiday will be paid in full.

Damages and depositsThe Customer shall be liable for any damage caused by his intention or negligence, which he or a minor under his control causes to the substitute of the Torturer or to third parties. Final cleaning is not included in the rent of the cottage unless it has been paid separately and ordered no later than one week before the start of the holiday. The costs of non-completion of final cleaning or other damage caused by the customer will be charged in full.
The torturer has the right to terminate the contract immediately if the customer causes a disturbance or danger to other residents or properties in the area.
The customer is obliged to immediately make a note of any defects in the cabin that they have detected so that they can be corrected already during the service. -
