A semi-detached house with harmonious interior. This holiday home brings luxury with thoughtful details, a well-thought furniture and fireplace that brings atmosphere. The wines cool in the wine cabinet and the cooking takes place like a dance in the modern fully equipped kitchen.
From the sauna you can cool off on your own covered terrace, which is surrounded by a forest of woods by a small pond. On the front terrace you can enjoy your morning coffee under the roof, and it is nice to warm up in the warmth of the fireplace that reserves the living room even after a ski run on the illuminated tracks of the area.
The well-equipped kitchen includes an ice-freezer cabinet, microwave, induction hob, separate oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher 45 cm, crockery and cooking utensils. We also offer starter packs of toilet and kitchen paper, baking paper and coffee filters .
The villa has a washing machine, smart TV, bedding (duvets and pillows) and cleaning equipment.
There are beds for seven: the downstairs bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, upstairs bedroom 2 x 80 cm single bed and the upstairs lounge has an 80 cm bed and a 140 cm sofa bed.
The centre of Kalajoki Sand Dunes is only 1.5 km from Hilmantori and about 2 km from the sea shore. Great location near Kalajoki Golf Course. Hiking trails and illuminated charging trails leave by and you can reach the lean-to to brew soot-pot coffees in a wilderness atmosphere. For mountain biking, the area's terrain is the best and there are sledding hills.
Next to it is the Rahja archipelago, which was created as a result of land uplift and is a nice, sheltered excursion destination in summer for fishing, canoeing or SUP boat trips and in winter for skiing or ice fishing trips.
Cabin rules: No smoking inside the cabin. No bath tub for the yard. No party. The age limit of the main guest is 21yrs.
