The apartment has two separate bedrooms and the upper floor serves as a viewing room and a third bedroom.
Theapartment is therefore well suited for a larger family, more couples or small groups of friends. It is also perfect for working remotely, as the apartment has now also been fitted with high-speed internet via fibre optic!
The holiday home has a functional living room and a dining-kitchen downstairs. Two separate bedrooms are also located on the first floor. One bedroom has a 160cm wide double bed and the other has 2x 80cm wide and comfortable separate beds. Bathroom/WC and separate sauna
Upstairs you will find a viewing room with sea views! Upstairs there is a sofa bed for two. The sofa in the living room can also accommodate a bed for two.
Thekitchen has everything you need for holiday cooking. Including fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher and tableware for 8 people. In addition, you can find pots of different sizes, a frying pan and an oven dish. We also offer starter packs of toilet and kitchen paper, baking paper and coffee filter paper.
The apartment also has a washing machine and an iron and ironing board. A TV can be found in the living room, as is the atmospheric open fireplace. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment can be found in the cleaning cupboard in the hallway and in the cupboards in the bedrooms with bedding (duvets and pillows). There is also a barbecue shed for the housing company
. In thevicinity of the holiday home you can find e.g. Hotel-Restaurant in Rantaka and Lohilaakso. From the nearby vantage point, you can admire the sunset! Outdoor terrain and trails are in the immediate vicinity and the long trees of the dunes run 100m away
.There is also a barbecue shed with firewood in the communal use of the housing company. Please note that the silence begins no later than
11 pm.Apartment Policies:
Smoking is only allowed outside the apartment. No bath tub for the yard. The apartment is not intended for parties/parties. The age limit of the main bookkeeper is 21yrs.
