The cabin accommodates 10 people comfortably and sleeps well. The cabin has air conditioned cooling/heat pump that keeps both floors at a constant temperature. In addition, a quiet place.All Kalajoki's most important beach/ sports/ adventure/ entertainment/ spa/ restaurant/ skiing/ cycling etc. Service activities within walking distance. The sand meadows are the sunniest places in Finland, according to statistics. Clouds remain over the continent and the coast is sunny in both winter and summer. The sandy beach begins when you step off the terrace. The sea is less than 50m away. The sea is very visible from the lower and upper floors, as well as from the courtyard. Almost the entire yard is sandy, stretching all the way to the sea.A quiet plot at the end of the road, bordered by the park lane and the fence of the campsite and is like a row of cottages. This cabin is the closest to the beach of all 4 of my cabins. Good parking, up to 4 cars. Car areas are asphalted. Fitness tracks have remarkably variable height differences of up to 30m. Along the fitness track are lean-tos and homes.The cottage has a Vekas Hot Cube 6-person bath cube. The use of the bath cube is always included in the basic rent. (use of the bath cube requires a min. 2-day reservation or two-day payment). The cabin has an efficient water port, filling takes 40min. In addition, the barn has a 35kw heater (heating about 1.5-2h). (The customer fills, heats, empties and cleans the litter. Booking and cancellation terms
Cancellation of consumption is valid until payment of the reservation fee.
All other conditions only in the lease agreement.

Payment terms
All payments are paid in online banking. Cash payment is not possible. A rental agreement/booking confirmation with an invoice will be sent by email. You will receive the rental agreement by the evening of the booking date. Point out if you can't!
Payment schedule: Booking starts in less than 65 days. One-time payment 5 days.
Booking starts in more than 65 days. Advance payment 25% within 5 days. 75% approximately 45 days
before the start of the holidayPayment below/about 450€ for only one installment within 5 days.
The reservation will be cancelled 3 days after the due date if the payment is missed. The customer will be notified of the payment once.
You can never get to the cottage without a prepayment.

Minimum booking period on event weekends 3 or 4 days (e.g. Christmas, midsummer, ski holidays, bimerparty, etc.) On summer weekends 3 days (Thu-Sun Time period 1.6-26.8) weekdays in summer Sun-Thu 4 days regularly.
Weekends only completely Fri-Sun or longer. 1 day reservations only if agreed separately.
The family cottage is no raucous celebration -
Damages and deposits
The reservation is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the accommodation or its belongings (intentional or accidental).
Any unpaid additional bills will be collected after the due date.

Deductible for damages of 1000e. Vandalism and messes don't go into any insurance.
