Persoonallinen rantahuvila Etelä-Päijänteellä lähellä kaunista Pulkkilanharjua ja Päijänteen kansallispuistoa. Päijänne on Suomen toiseksi suurin järvi. Mökille ajat Pulkkilanharjua, joka on valittu Suomen kauneimmaksi reitiksi vuonna 2014.
Mökin ja Päijänteen tarjoamien mahdollisuuksien lisäksi lähistöllä Vääksyssä ja Sysmässä on runsaasti erilaisia tapahtumia ja harrastusmahdollisuuksia. Kalkkisissa mm. Viinitila.
Pääkaupunkiseudulta 130-150 km. Lahdesta 50 km. Hyvät yhteydet vesitse ja mahdollisuudet kalastukseen, veneilyyn, sienestykseen ja marjastukseen ... Aurinkoinen lapsiystävällinen iso puutarhatontti. Grillikatos ja kaasugrilli. Soutuvene ja kalastusoikeudet. Veneeseen voi kiinnittää kevyen perämoottorin. Nettiyhteys: vuokraajan oman puhelimen tai mokkulan kautta. Saunaosastoon käynti ulkoterassilta.
Puulämmitteinen sauna. Saunasta laiturille ja veteen 20 metriä.
Smart TV. Keittiötä kohennettu keväällä 2021, mm. astianpesukoneella ja uudella tiskipöydällä ja kaapistolla. Keittiön seinät on maalattu valkoiseksi kosteutta kestävällä maalilla ja otettu esiin vanha lankkulattia. Tupaan ja saunaosastoon on hankittua uudet lämpöovet.
Maksimihenkilömäärä 6 aikuista.
Vuokra-aika vähintään 3 vuorokautta.
Viikkovuokrauksessa viikko alkaa lauantaina klo 16 ja päättyy euraavan viikon lauantaina klo 12.
Viikonloppuvuokraus alkaa perjantaina klo 16 ja päättyy sunnuntaina klo 12.
Lisämaksu jos enemmän kuin 4 henkilöä 5 euroa/henkilö/vuorokausi. Loppusiivous, jos ei itse hoida 120 e. Vuode- ja liinavaatteet, jos ei i itsellä, 30e/henkilö Hintoihin sisältyy myös jätehuolto, lämmin vesi, sähkö, polttopuut, grillikaasu, soutuveneen ja katiskan käyttö.
Asiakas tuo liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja hygieniatarvikkeet.

Booking and cancellation terms
Invoices, lease agreement and operating instructions will be sent by email.
The booking fee is 20% of the rental price. The reservation will be entered in the calendar when the reservation fee or the entire rental has been paid according
to the contract.Cancellation must always be made in writing. Cancellation is considered to have occurred when the notice of cancellation has reached the landlord.
The booking fee paid for cancelling the rental is non-refundable.
If the cancellation takes place later than 28 days before the start of the holiday, the rent paid will not be refunded.
If the invoice is not paid within the time limit, the booking will be cancelled without notice.
Due to a force majeure event by the landlord, when canceling the rent, the tenant is entitled to recover the entire rent he paid. Other expenses incurred by the tenant for this reason will not be reimbursed.

Payment terms
The payment period for the reservation is three (3) days.
The payment period for the final payment is 28 days.
When making a reservation 45-20 days or less before the start of the holiday, the entire rental fee will be paid in one go. Payment term of two (2) days.
If the reservation is made 20 days or less before the start of the holiday, the full amount will be paid at once on the day of booking.

Delays and compensations
Rental period: The holiday home is available to the customer from the day of arrival at 16.00 until the day of departure at 12.00
The customer can order a final cleaning or make sure that the apartment remains in a tidy condition.
When the client decides to book an apartment, a more personalized contract is sent with the invoice, which contains more detailed descriptions of the location of the holiday home, equipment, keys, stay in the area, use of the sauna, barbecue and boat, cleaning.

Damages and deposits
Any damage must be immediately reported to the owner.
The customer/tenant is obliged to compensate for the damage caused.

Insurance and own risks
Shortcomings and complaints related to the holiday home are promptly reported to the landlord.
The landlord's liability is limited to no more than the amount of the rent.
The landlord is not responsible for any disturbance or noise caused by an outsider.
