Indoor clean and well-behaved pets are very welcome!
Reasonable use of firewood is included in the price. The export of firewood from the cottage to other places is prohibited.
You can also rent a snowmobile to the cottage. Ask for an offer in connection with the rental of the cottage.

Tämän jälkeen perutuista varauksista ei palauteta vuokraa lainkaan.

Other rental termsFinal cleaning and bed linen are not included in the rental price unless ordered separately at the time of booking. The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. Final cleaning instructions will be provided at the time of booking confirmation. For non-compliance with the instructions, the landlord is entitled to charge a cleaning fee (150€) Firewood is included in the rental price. The cabin is available from 16:00 on the day of booking and until 14:00 on the day of departure. If the final cleaning is ordered, the cabin will be handed over by 10:00 on the day of departure. The lessee is responsible for any damage caused to the property. We will not be liable for any damage caused to the customer due to an unforeseen force majeure or similar cause (e.g. power outages or natural phenomena such as algae deposits, or animals such as mice and insects) that was not caused by the landlord and the consequences of which the landlord could not reasonably have prevented. We are also not responsible for damage or consequences caused by normal natural phenomena. We are not responsible for any slippage or falls. The cottage is in its original condition. Remarks and complaints: All comments and complaints relating to the cottage must be addressed directly to the owner immediately after their topic has arisen and during the reservation. If the customer does not notify the owner of the deficiencies he has found immediately during the rental period, the resort is considered to be in the condition stipulated by the contract. Deficiencies reported only after the rental period cannot be jointly established and the landlord is not liable for compensation for them. If the customer cancels their booking and leaves the resort before the end of the rental period, no compensation will be paid for the unused time and the customer will not be entitled to a refund. During the rental period, the cottage is intended for the use of the lessee only. Non-rental persons are not allowed to stay or stay overnight in the cottage. It is NOT allowed to stay or stay for more than 8 people at the cottage.
