Welcome to Kangasa to enjoy the beautiful nature in our log villa, which was completed in April 2020! The cottage is equipped for even more demanding tastes with all modern amenities. In the atmospheric beach sauna, you can enjoy the wet steam while admiring the beautiful Finnish lake landscape and you can go for a dip in the clean water of Vesijärvi from a decent pier. In winter, you will have at your disposal an awning equipped with stairs.
The main cottage has a fully equipped modern kitchen, clean drinkable water comes from the Kangasala water network. The cottage has underfloor heating and a storage fireplace. The main cottage has four double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the beach sauna. Equipment includes duvets and pillows for ten people. The tableware is designed for 12 people. All you need is your own bed linen and towels when you arrive here, everything else is ready!
The
equipment of the cottage includes, for example, a bellows, to which water from the clear Vesijärvi is supplied with a pump - also in winter. In a large gas grill, you can prepare delicacies at once, even for two families. The sauna tub also has a fridge and a small kitchenette. The SUP board is free to use and for a separate additional fee a quality kayak (100 €/wk). A new rowing boat, which also operates as a Native American canoe, is included in the rental price.
In this cottage you will spend a relaxing holiday week with your family and relax in the tranquility of nature. The area is very peaceful, you can hear the singing of birds
and enjoy nature experiences!
Key booking conditions:
- Own bedding, towels and self-help final cleaning - Unfortunately pets are not allowed in our property
- The recommended rental period of the cottage is one week in high season, the change date is Sunday.
- Minimum booking period 3 days/month
- Unfortunately, we do not rent the property for fun parties with high alcohol consumption, for stag parties or for corporate use - Maximum occupancy is 10 people, including young children - Reservation must be 25
years old or older
- For weekend bookings, a cleaning allowance of 200€ is added - Use of the litter is included in the rental price
