Renovated for the summer of 2023, this idyllic holiday home is an elegant and well-equipped cottage for you who are looking for a peaceful and comfortable destination for your holiday. On the ground floor of Kuusiniemi you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom for two, a main room, a fireplace, a wood-burning sauna and shower/toilet facilities. Upstairs there are sleeping areas for four and an outside balcony
.The cottage offers a view of the morning sun to Iso Siikajärvi. A stair path extends from the cottage to the beach, ending at the pier. At the end of the pier there is water approx. 1.5 m. You can find a belju next to the stair path. The courtyard is wooded.
Abarbecue canopy (firebox, electric grill and gas grill) and a wood-fired beach sauna have already achieved a good vintage in the courtyard. Use of a rowing boat, life jackets, sup boards (2 pcs), ladders (2 pcs) and a barge are included in the rental price. The surroundings offer good outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking and mountain biking. Along the Siikajärvi Nature Trail, you will also refresh yourself by heating with four lava/coda.
Bedlinen and towels are not included in the rental price. Final cleaning ordered separately or by the renter. Pets are included according to the contract and separately priced. If necessary, contact Kuusiniemi Host

Jos Vuokralleottaja peruu vähintään 7 vuorokautta ennen vuokra-ajan alkua, palautetaan 50 % maksetusta vuokrasta joka ei sisällä Palvelunvälittäjän palvelumaksua. Palvelumaksua ei palauteta. Tämän jälkeen perutuista varauksista ei palauteta vuokraa lainkaan.

Rental Deposit TermsThe cancellation must always be notified promptly and in writing to the host of Kuusiniemi. The cancellation shall be deemed to have taken place at the moment when the notice of cancellation has been received.

Other rental terms- The cottage must not be handed over to a third party. - Kuusiniemi can be used up to the maximum number of people indicated as the number of beds in the cabin or which holiday destination has been agreed when booking. - Celebrations and other occasions where the number of people in the cabin temporarily exceeds the number of persons must be agreed in advance with the host couple. - The erection of tents and the placement of caravans or the like on or near the cottage is prohibited without a separate permit. - The rental conditions stipulate that the tenants are responsible for cleaning it. - You can also order the cleaning in advance, in which case the price is 150€. - Even if the final cleaning has been ordered, the condition of the cabin is required to be clean when leaving the cottage. - The rental price does not include bed linen and towels. They can be ordered separately at a price of 30, -/person. - Pet supplement 30, -/tail/ week. Small pets are welcome in Kuusiniemi, they must know how to behave well and be clean indoors. Full rental conditions will be sent by email at the time of booking. The lessor undertakes to comply with the Kuusiniemi rental conditions.
