Järvenrantamökki rauhallisella paikalla luonnon keskellä. Mökillä on oma lapsiystävällinen uimaranta laiturilla varustettuna.
Mökin varusteisiin kuuluu juokseva ja lämmin vesi, jääkaappi, pakastin, sähköliesi ja uuni, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikroaaltouuni, leivänpaahdin, astiat 12 hengelle, takka, kaasugrilli sekä taulu-tv ja dvd-soitin. Alakerrassa sijaitsee keittiön ja olohuoneen lisäksi makuuhuone, jossa on 2 yhden hengen sänkyä. Yläkerta on kokonaan avonainen vintti, jossa makuupaikat 5 henkilölle. Makuupaikkoina kaksi parisänkyä ja yksi yhden hengen sänky. Portaissa on lapsiportit sekä ylä- että alapäässä. Pesuhuoneeseen ja saunaan päästään erillisestä sisäänkäynnistä mökin terassilta. Pesuhuonetta remontoitu Helmikuussa 2020. Puuvaraston puolella sijaitsevat ulko-wc:t. Koko vuoden asiakkaita palvelee perinteinen kompostihuussi ja kesäkaudelle tämän lisäksi myös polttava sähkö-wc. Mökin 29 neliömetrin terassi on kokonaan katettu. Varauksen yhteydessä voi tiedustella myös matkasänkyä ja syöttötuolia.
Mökki on remontoitu ulkopuolelta kesällä 2017 ja osittaista sisäremonttia on tehty muutamaa vuotta aiemmin. Loppusiivouksen voi varata etukäteen. Siivouksen hinta on 100€.
Lähtökohtaisesti viikkovuokralla tarkoitetaan kalenteriviikkoa vaihtopäivänä sunnuntai. Viikonloppu tarkoittaa vuokrausta pe-su. Mökki voidaan vuokrata näistä ajoista poiketen, mutta varauskalenterin hinta ei välttämättä pidä tuolloin paikkaansa. Varmistathan hinnan aina vielä vuokaranantajalta.
Handover of the object

Cancellation of a booking
the customer cancels the accommodation reservation before the full rental price has been invoiced, the reservation fee of 25% will not be refunded. If the cancellation occurs later than two weeks before, but earlier than one week before the start of the reservation, half of the rental price will be refunded. If the cancellation takes place later than one week before the start of the accommodation reservation, the full amount charged will be charged to the customer.
If the final invoice has not been paid by the due date, the reservation is considered canceled.

Billing
After confirming the reservation, the customer will be charged a reservation fee equal to 25% of the rental price. The remaining 75% of the rental price is billed approximately two weeks before the start of the reservation. If the reservation is made less than two weeks before the start of the reservation, the full rental price will be charged at once.
Key Handover
The guest must inform the arrival time at the destination no later than two days before the start of the accommodation reservation. In this case, an agreement is made to hand over the keys.
On the day of departure, the customer is asked to inform, for example, by SMS when he has left the destination. The keys are left on the subject's desk and the doors are locked
Passenger Notification
Each guest staying at the property must complete a passenger notice and leave it signed at the time of handing over the keys to the landlord. Spouses staying together and their minor children complete the Joint Passenger Declaration. When handing over the keys, guests will be checked for identity.
The customer will be sent a passenger notification form with the invoice, which can be completed even before arriving at the destination. Alternatively, you can fill in the passenger declaration when handing over the keys.
Condition of the rental property
rental property must be returned in the same condition as it was handed over to the customer. If something breaks during the stay, please notify the landlord immediately.
The amount of damages is agreed on a case-by-case basis. Anything that is not reported as broken is billed unilaterally to the customer.
Final cleaning
Final cleaning can be done by yourself or booked in advance for an additional price. The cost of the final cleaning is 100€. If the customer orders the final cleaning, it should be noted that he must wash the dishes and take the garbage to the waste bin.
In final cleaning, the principle is that the customer leaves the item in the condition that it was at the level of cleanliness when handed over. At least the following actions should be performed. Vacuuming and wiping the floor, cleaning the floor in the washroom, sweeping the floor of the outdoor toilet and wiping the toilet with the tools found in the toilet or alternatively in the washroom, wiping surfaces, washing dishes, airing the bedding, emptying the ashes of fireplaces, putting furniture in place and taking rubbish to the waste
Recyclable beverage cans and bottles can be left in a plastic bag on the storage terrace if desired.
There are separate recycling bins for metal and glass waste in the outdoor storage. There is a separate container for bio-waste in the parking lot.
Arriving at the destination
