We rent a spacious, renovated villa in Kannonkoski in central Finland on the shores of Lake Kivijärvi. NB! NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTY GROUPS!
During the summer season, it can only be booked for whole weeks.
In the main building beds for 17 persons + 3 extra beds: - 5 bedrooms with 3 double beds, 4 bunk beds and 3 single beds. Upstairs lobby with sofa bed for two. In addition, a loose mattress with duvet covers. Dinnerware for 20 people. Rooms: 5 bedrooms, oh, kitchen, dining area, khh, wooden sauna, spacious dressing room, 3 toilets, lounge/lounge
Other: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, high chair, children's travel cot etc. The villa has been renovated and tastefully decorated. The villa is located in a great location on the shores of Lake Kivijärvi and the window overlooks the lake. A private beach equipped with a boat and canoe, as well as a sauna on the beach, expel everyday worries at a fast pace to the rear. A good road leads to the plot, after the asphalt road there is a dirt road approx. 400m. In the vicinity of the villa there are good fishing opportunities for both experienced and experienced seekers. Leisure and recreation opportunities abound: in summer you can explore the water by rowing boat or canoe (e.g. “natural beach” Öijä approx. 300m), jog in the ridgelike lake scenery, sauna in the beach sauna and go swimming, go around the frisbee golf course or, for example, grill good food in the summer kitchen. On the shore of the cottage there is a soft sandy beach volleyball court which is also suitable for badminton. In winter you can ski (provincial career and the illuminated trail network of Piispala approx. 200m away). In addition, you can go sledding hill, ice fishing, sauna in the villa's wooden sauna, read a book and enjoy the warmth of the open fireplace in the sauna. In addition to the main building, there is a barbecue shelter, a hut, a carport and a beach sauna.

In addition, in the yard there is an old barn and a granary with a wooden lattice. Bed linen and towels are not included. Distances: - Jyväskylä approx. 100km, Viitasaari approx. 35km - Kannonkoski center approx. 8km, with the nearest shop - Piispala course and camp center approx. 1km
