Luksusvilla Karhenhelmi valmistui juhannukseksi 2020! - Huomio! Kesäsesongin aikana viikkovuokraus on ajalle ma klo 12- su klo 16! Tällä varmistamme että villan laajat siivoustyöt saadaan tehtyä laadukkaasti seuraavalle asiakkaalle! Viikonloppu 960€, mutta sesonkiaikoina vuokraamme vain täysiä viikkoja! Viikonlopun pe klo 16- su klo 16 vuokra sisältää ulkoporealtaan käytön sekä loppusiivouksen. Liinavaatteet 20€ per henkilö, mutta voit tuoda ne myös itse. Liinavaatteiden käyttö on kuitenkin pakollista. Viikkovuokra 1700€ tammikuun alusta toukokuun loppuun ja syyskuun alusta poislukien joulun ja uudenvuoden viikot. Kesäsesesonkina (kesä-elokuu) 2250€ viikko sisältäen ulkoporealtaan käytön, liinavaatteet ja loppusiivouksen, mutta toivomme että asiakas hoitaisi perussiistimisen itse lähtiessään! - Todella hieno 150 neliön luksusvilla. - Mahdollisuus vuokrata suppilautoja. - Asiakkaiden käytössä iso trampoliini! - Kattava varustelu eli löytyy kaikki omakotitalon mukavuudet. - Ulkoporeallas jättiterassilla järven rannassa! - Kohteesta rakennetaan hiilineutraali! Kohteessa aurinkopaneelit ja jo nyt sähkö tuotetaan nollapäästöisellä energialla. - Viereen rakentui samanlainen villa. Ei häiritse lomailua! - Mahtavat retkeilymahdollisuudet ihan vieressä. Kansallispuistoonkin vain 20 km https://hikingtravelhit.fi/ - Tervetuloa maaseudun idylliseen rauhaan! - Myös kuljetukset ja ruokapalvelut onnistuu sopimuskumppanien toimesta! Luxury villa "The pearl of karhe" will be ready in midsummer 2020! Note! during the summer season the weekly renting period is from monday 12 o`clock until sunday 18 o`clock. With these times we ensure, that the villa´s cleaners will have enough time for the after visit - cleaning. Luxurious 150 square meter villa. - Includes every household appliances, that you need! - Outdoor jacuzzi with a terrace in the shore of the lake. - You have the chance to rent electric bikes and an electric engine for the rowing boat. - The villa will be carbon neutral and the electricity will be produced mainly with solar panels in future. If the electricity consumption is larger than the capacity of the panels, Eco - electricity from the finnish electricity network is used. - There will be an identical villa under construction in the neighbor, however there will be no disturbances. - During season time the jacuzzi, end - cleaning and the bed linen are included in the prize. Outside of season the prices are 250e per week for jacuzzi, 150e for end - cleaning and 15e per bed linen. - Amazing hiking possibilities nearby, 12 miles to the national park of seitseminen.
