Villa Silba is a luxurious detached house in the municipality of Utsjoki in Karigasniemi on the banks of the Inari River.
The plot of the house borders Torvokoske on the Inari River, which is especially known as a good fly fishing spot. On the beach there is a private hut/heating place. The backyard terrace offers a view down to the Inari River, which is the border river between Finland and Norway. About 8 km further north, the Inari River continues as Tenojoki, which descends all the way to the Arctic Ocean. There are several fine sandy beaches along the banks of the Inari River. Nearest about 1 km away. Of course, you can swim from the house's own beach. During the dark it is possible to see the Northern Lights from the back terrace of the house and even from the windows of the living room.
The house is well equipped and has six beds. The house has a living-kitchen, three bedrooms, a fireplace and utility room, two toilets and a spacious washroom, as well as a sauna. The ventilation windows in the bedrooms have weatherboards. The courtyard is calm, laid out and tidy
. Atthe end of the house is the owner's nursing room with its own entrance. However, the clinic does not operate when there are customers in the house
. There areseveral fells around Karigasniemi, the most famous of which is Ailigas Fell. From the top of the fell you have a view of the long fells of the Norwegian side
.Activities include fishing, camping, berry picking, mushroom picking, hunting, skiing and sledding.
