KARJALOHJA, just an hour's drive from Helsinki lies this magnificent mansion. Pure nature and the magnificent Natura-protected Lake Puujärvi provide a great setting for your holiday or party. The kitchen is well equipped including a set of fifteen servis. Convenience is provided by a dishwasher, microwave and induction hob. The house has two toilets and an indoor shower. Here you can spend your free time casually or have a wonderful party with your family or friends. The house has 6 air heat pumps to provide cooling in the summer
.
The main house has 5 bedrooms, each with one double bed and one 80cm bed. There are 17 beds in summer and 15 in winter. Four bedrooms have stunning lake views. From the fifth bedroom you can see a beautiful garden.
The beach sauna has two extra beds. In total, it can accommodate up to 17
.
If you wish (and within the booking situation), you can extend your holiday by purchasing additional hours after the official rental period at a price of 25€/h.

A
100-year-old log sauna is located right on the beach, with soft steam and bellows for relaxation. In the cauldron you can warm up the washing water and in summer you can take a dip in the clean Lake Puujärvi. From Belju you can admire the sun setting on Lake Puujärvi. The sauna has a large heating stove. It is first heated for three hours, the stove is still warm the next morning. The farm has 80m of its own shoreline to the clean water Puujärvi. The gentle sandy beach, pier and boat with safety vests are always at your disposal. The beach is well suited for children, it is hard-bottomed and gentle. Sheep graze in the yard during the summer. In addition, the grass has a trampoline for children and a cute playhouse. The wonderful sights of Fiskars are less than 15 km away. Lohja and the nearby countryside have great natural attractions. I'd be happy to help guide you there.
The destination is poorly suited for youth parties. Under 25 years old only in the company of parents.
Cool dogs are welcome at the estate. Dogs are the responsibility of their owners throughout the visit. Additional cleaning fee for dogs is 40€

booking fee of 250e will be paid at the time of booking. The booking fee confirms the booking. The booking fee will be cancelled if the booking fee is not paid within 7
days.The final amount is paid no later than 14 days before the start of the holiday.
In case of cancellation, the reservation fee remains with the owner.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the start of your holiday, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the start of your holiday 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Loud music is not allowed on the beach. It is forbidden to play music outside after.10pm.
