.Wanha Niemälä is located in a small rural village in Kiering, Sodankylä Municipality, Lapland. Approximately 65 km from Sodankylä, approx. 110 km from Rovaniemi. The history of the house is interesting, starting as early as 1853. The house has been modernized in recent years and is a really great place to spend a peaceful time in the middle of Lapland's nature. The village of Kiering has a shop/bar as well as
a petrol station. The ground floor ofthe house has been completely renovated to the ground floor and the upper floor of the house is in its original condition (built in 1978). The house is heated by two large storage fireplaces, as well as a toilet oven in one room. Air heat pumps and electric radiators are also in use. Renovated bath area and wooden sauna. Two toilets downstairs and one upstairs. The yard precinct includes a magazine and barn building. The river is about 150 m away. The rent includes electricity, water and firewood.
