On a quiet plot of more than a hectare, the cape offers spectacular views of Kivijärvi, the clean water and fish of Central Finland. 100m land border 500m water boundary. In the courtyard of “Villa Isabella” you can find a hut, a sandy beach and an outdoor fire place. There are fishing rods, smokeboxes, grills, etc. We line the cabin for a week or two at a time. Rental period Sun-Sun. Please bring your own bed linen

.Main building: The premises of the high-class winter habitable house are on two floors. Ground floor: Kitchen, living room, WC, washroom/WC, sauna and two bedrooms. (double beds 180cm and 160cm). In modern cookware you can find the necessary utensils for cooking
.Upstairs: large loft with two beds (double bed 180 cm, double bed 140 cm). Upstairs there is also toilet, full size pool table, piano and photocopier for office work.
There is nothing lacking in the equipment level of this house. Wireless Internet access allows you to watch Netflix and other services and work remotely. Clean water from the municipal water supply network of Kivijärvi and other great amenities make it possible to have a successful holiday on this peaceful plot. For the little ones in the family there are various types of board games, a feeder seat and a travel cot.
Hut: possibility of joint campfire cooking with up to 12 people.
In the vicinity of the farm you can enjoy nature activities such as seasonal excursions (herbal, mushroom, berry tours), various yard games, survival game and nature quest course.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
