The villa has beds for 16 people, sofas for 4 people and 2 extra beds available at an extra cost
.The villa is located 25min from the center of Rovaniemi and 30min from Santa Claus Village and the airport. The villa offers free WiFi. The pond has a sandy bottom as well as a pier and a boat in free use in summer. You can catch crests from the pond by fishing/ice fishing.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATION SERVICES OFFERED BY SNOWEST TRAVELS OY
Snowest Travels Oy complies with the following terms and conditions when booking and cancelling the accommodation services you have provided. These terms and conditions become binding on both parties once the customer has made the reservation
.The person who made the booking is responsible for complying with our terms and conditions. The booking agent must be of age. A child travelling without parents must be accompanied by a certificate signed by the parents.
Snowest Travels Oy reserves the right to correct errors in the price information prior to the conclusion of the contract. The rights to price changes are retained. The value added tax is in accordance with the current legislation.
The reservation fee is 30%, which must be paid at the time of booking. The reservation takes effect when the reservation fee has been paid. The remaining 70% of the payment must be made 21 days before the start date of the accommodation. If the booking date is less than 21 days prior to arrival, the accommodation fee must be paid in full
at the time of booking. -
Delays and compensations
TERMINATION OF THE LEASE DUE TO A CONFLICT SITUATION
If, despite the notice given by Snowest Travels Oy or its representative (security shop/police), the tenant ceases to cause harm or danger to the property or to those in the same property or yard, Snowest Travels Oy is entitled to terminate the tenancy in full. The costs incurred for any of the above measures shall be invoiced to the booking agent.
NOTES RELATED TO THE APARTMENT
All comments and complaints regarding the equipment and condition of the accommodation must be addressed directly to Snowest Travels Oy by e-mail or telephone. Snowest Travels Oy is not obliged to compensate the customer for any inconvenience or expenses caused to the customer due to problems that depend on a third party (e.g. interruptions in the Internet, telephone, TV, water or network), natural conditions, natural conditions, unexpected weather changes or other construction works carried out by others
