Our cottages are rented out to families, businesses and others who spend a peaceful holiday, not youth, stag or party groups.Nääveri holiday cottages offer you the opportunity to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy a peaceful holiday on the coast of the Gulf of Estonia. Our Virolahti cottages are located about 170 km east of Helsinki, and offer a unique opportunityto spend time in the countryside.Each of our cottages is designed to offer traditional holiday living. Guests can enjoy a sauna and prepare delicacies in the fully equipped kitchens. From the cottage there is also the opportunity to take a dip in the sea right next to it. Mäntyrinne is located at the bottom of Näävertal, where there are other cottages. The cottage has its own beach, from which there are stone steps to the sea. The sea has a smooth sandy bottom and the beach is shallow for a long time, so with small children really ideal. NB! From time to time, winds bring vegetation to the shore from the sea. It doesn't stop swimming, but you have to walk someone's distance to get past it. The beach in our cottages is so shallow that in every case an adult has to walk some distance so that the water is deep enough for swimming.The cottage is facing south, so the sun shines almost all day from the front of the cottage and the evening sun comes through the trees on the back slope.Neighbours on both sides of the cottage (distances 47m and 91m). Looking from the cottage on the right is our second rented cottage, Rantanurmi. The terrace and courtyard of the cottage is sheltered, the beach area is more open.The cottage can sleep 8 people (6+2). The cottage has two bedrooms. One has a 140cm wide double bed and the other bedroom has two bunk beds with sleeping places for four people. In addition, in the living room there is a spreading sofa bed for two. The cottage has blankets and pillows, sheets can be rented for an additional fee.Thekitchen has a comprehensive range of different cooking utensils, utensils and kitchen appliances. The quality of tap water varies a lot due to seasonal/weather conditions, so we recommend bringing drinking water with you. Water is suitable for washing and cooking. You can use the tap in the wall of Klamilan Sale to fill your own water tank free of charge.Wood sauna and storage fireplace, firewood are included in the cottage rent. First aid box with cleaning products, patches, a squatting kit.The cottage has a small covered porch, as well as a large terrace with dining group, outdoor sofa group and gas grill. In addition, a charcoal grill available to both (be sure to bring your own coals with you).The cabin's operational equipment includes a 5 liter bucket of water, as well as tools and accessories necessary for cleaning. Others, e.g. kitchen paper, toilet paper, etc., must be brought by yourself. Yourfurry friend is also welcome to take a vacation. We have excellent jogging trails! However, please make sure that your pet does not cause damage inside or outside the cabin and does not pose a danger to others in the area. In order to ensure the comfort of your own and future guests, we ask that pets do not climb on sofas or beds. Please clean up your pet's droppings from the cottage yard and its vicinity.What activities are available at the cottage?Fire place on the beach. Rowing boat, for those who like to fish we have obtained net permits.There is an outdoor storage area between the cottages, which is shared by both tenants. If the rental period is less than 3 days (1-2 nights), we will charge a cleaning fee of 150€ at the time of payment. If the cleaning has been done according to the instructions we have prepared and there are no defects, the payment will be returned to the renter. For an additional fee:- Cleaning 150 €. Booking and cancellation terms
The cabin can be reached at 15:00 on the day of arrival and the handover is at 12.00 on the day of departure. Depending on the reservation situation of the cabin, an earlier arrival or a later departure is possible for an additional price of 2h/15€, 4h/30€, etc. This should always be agreed with the landlord
.CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION:
In the event of force majeure, Nääveri Holiday Cottages can cancel the booking. In this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
If the customer cancels the reservation at least 1 month before the start of the reservation, the amount will be fully refunded. After that, the refund will be 50% of the total rental amount. If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before the start of the reservation, the rental money will not be refunded

Payment terms
The deadline
for the rental of the cottage is 1 month before the start of the rental, no separate booking fee is charged. If the rental starts after less than 1 month, the rent must be paid immediately

Delays and compensations
Final cleaning is not included in the rental price, it can be ordered for an additional fee. If the customer does not purchase the final cleaning and the cleaning is done incorrectly, we are entitled to charge the customer a cleaning fee of 150€. If the final cleaning is ordered from us after the start of the rental, the price is 180€. The necessary cleaning equipment is at the cottage and instructions for final cleaning can be found in the cabin folder
. Whenyou arrive at the cabin, fill out the passenger notice and leave it at the cabin when you leave. Forms and instructions can be found in the cabin folder
.Smoking in the interior of the cottage, as well as on the covered terrace of the cottage, is strictly prohibited!

Damages and deposits
The author of the reservation of the cottage is obliged to compensate for any intentional or accidental damage caused to the resort or its movable property.
