Our cottages are rented out to families, businesses and others who spend a peaceful holiday, not youth, stag or party groups.Nääveri holiday cottages offer you the opportunity to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy a peaceful holiday on the coast of the Gulf of Estonia. Our Virolahti cottages are located about 170 km east of Helsinki, and offer a unique opportunityto spend time in the countryside.Both of our cottages are designed to offer traditional holiday living. Guests can enjoy a sauna and prepare delicacies in the fully equipped kitchens. From the cottage there is also the opportunity to take a dip in the sea right next to it. Rantanurmi is at the base of Näävertal, with other cottages nearby. Neighbours on both sides of the cottage (distances 47m and 54m). The cottage has its own beach, from which there are stone steps to the sea. The sea has a smooth sandy bottom and the beach is shallow for a long time, so especially with small children ideal. NB! From time to time, winds bring vegetation to the shore from the sea. It doesn't stop swimming, but you have to walk someone's distance to get past it. The beach in our cabins is so shallow that an adult has to walk some distance so that the water is deep enough for swimming. The beach lawn is in the southeast direction, so the sun shines almost all day from the front of the cottage and the evening sun comes on the back slope. Yourfurry friend is also welcome to take a vacation. We have excellent jogging trails! Please make sure that your pet does not cause damage inside or outside the cabin and does not pose a danger to others in the area. In order to ensure the comfort of your own and future guests, we ask that pets do not climb on sofas or beds. Please clean up your pet's droppings in the yard and in the vicinity of the cottage.Sleeping places are currently 4+2. The cottage has two bedrooms, each with two 80cm wide beds. In addition to these, in the living room there is a spreading sofa bed for two. Later, during the winter of 2025, the second bedroom will be completed with an upper bed for one, followed by 5+2 sleeping places. The cottage has blankets and pillows, bedding must be brought by yourself or it can be rented from us. Please let us know if the youngest of the family needs a travel cot, we will bring it to the cottage.The kitchen has a comprehensive range of different cooking utensils, utensils and kitchen appliances and appliances. The quality of tap water varies a lot due to seasonal/weather conditions, so we recommend bringing drinking water with you. Water is suitable for washing and cooking. You can fill the water tank free of charge from the tap in the wall of the Klamilan Sale.Wood sauna and storage fireplace, firewood are included in the cottage rent. A first aid box with cleaning products, patches, a squatting kit, etc. Air heat pump for heating as well as cooling.The cottage has a glazed porch, as well as a large terrace with a dining group and a gas grill. In addition, there is a charcoal grill at the outdoor storage, which is shared by both cottagers (you must bring the coals yourself)The cabin's operational equipment includes a 5 liter bucket of water, as well as tools and accessories necessary for cleaning. Others, e.g. kitchen paper, toilet paper, etc., must be brought by yourself.What activities are available at the cottage?Rowing boat, for those who like to fish we have obtained net permits.There isan outdoor storage facility between Mäntyrinne and Rantanurme, which is shared by both tenants. If the rental period is less than 3 days (1-2 nights), we will charge a cleaning fee of 150€ at the time of payment. Booking and cancellation terms
The cabin can be reached at 15:00 on the day of arrival and the handover is at 12.00 on the day of departure. Depending on the reservation situation of the cabin, an earlier arrival or a later departure is possible for an additional price of 2h/15€, 4h/30€, etc. This should always be agreed with the landlord
.CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION:
In the event of force majeure, Nääveri Holiday Cottages can cancel the booking. In this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
If the customer cancels the reservation at least 1 month before the start of the reservation, the amount will be fully refunded. After that, the refund will be 50% of the total rental amount. If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before the start of the reservation, the rental money will not be refunded

Payment terms
The deadline
for the rental of the cottage is 1 month before the start of the rental, no separate booking fee is charged. If the start of the rental is less than 1 month, the rent must be paid immediately.

Delays and compensations
Final cleaning is not included in the rental price, it can be ordered for an additional fee. If the customer does not purchase the final cleaning and the cleaning is done incorrectly, we are entitled to charge the customer a cleaning fee of €100. If the final cleaning is ordered from us after the start of the rental, the price is 130€. The necessary cleaning equipment is at the cottage and instructions for final cleaning can be found in the cabin folder.
Smoking in the interior of the cottage, as well as on the covered terrace of the cottage, is strictly prohibited!
Whenyou arrive at the cabin, fill out the passenger notice and leave it at the cabin when you leave. Forms and instructions can be found in the cabin folder

Damages and deposits
The person who rented the cottage is obliged to compensate for any intentional or unintentional damage caused to the resort or its movable property.
