There is a private beach where it is nice to take a dip after a warm sauna or even to refresh yourself in the summer heat. In addition, the lake is accessible by boat, which is at the free use of the tenant. It is 28km to the centre of the nearby village of Konnevesi and 24km to Sumiainen, where you can find basic services such as shops and refuelling points. The city of Jyväskylä is 85km away and Äänekoski 49km away. During the summer, all of them also host a lot of local events that you don't want to miss! A booking fee of €50 is charged for the reservation and the rest of the rent is paid by prior arrangement before arrival at the cottage.

Delays and compensations
A fee
of 80€ is charged for cleaning the cabin if the cleanliness of the cottage does not correspond to the same level as at the beginning of the rental period. The condition of the cottage is always checked by the lessor who makes the final decision on the need for cleaning.

Damages and deposits
A
notice of broken objects, goods or property of the lessor is always submitted to the lessor. Compensation is always agreed on a case-by-case basis. Lost items are always reported first to the tenant and billed afterwards. If necessary, we will contact the authorities.
