The cottage can accommodate 8-10 people. This is a quiet place where there is no harm from neighbors or noise. Our outdoor hot tub for 6-8 people is at your disposal all year round. You will enjoy the silence in the thermal spas while enjoying and watching the starry sky or listening to music. Plot: approx. 1500 m2 of well-groomed flat lawn. A giant trampoline with a safety net is at your disposal during the melting earth. Flying/badminton court; adults and children own and soccer goal. There is a gas grill on the terrace of the cottage. Shoreline about 100 meters. In the dark, 10 outdoor lights bring atmosphere and light to the plot. A rowing boat and life jackets are also at your disposal. In addition to the cottage, there is a barbecue shelter, a large wooden sauna with two stoves, one with a hot water pool and a storage room for trees and hobby equipment

Booking and cancellation terms
If the reservation fee has not been paid within the agreed time, the reservation is considered canceled. You can agree with the landlord on a new payment date before the due date.
When the customer cancels the reservation and the property is re-rented for the same price, the customer will receive a full refund of the fees paid. When it is less than 2 weeks before the rental period, the rental price must be reduced and the amount to be returned accordingly decreases in the same proportion.

Payment terms
When booking starts in more than 3 weeks: about 1/3 of the total price, payable within 5 days. Final payment: about 2/3 of the total price to be paid one week before entering the cottage. When there is a larger amount, it can be paid in several installments. Ask.
Less than 3 weeks to booking: payment within 1-7 days, depending on how soon the booking starts.

Delays and compensations
The
landlord has the right to charge the customer a security pledge of 100-150 euros as security for the fulfilment of the customer's obligations and in case of damage. The tenant returns the pledge to the customer's account after checking the facilities and cleanliness.
