.Location in Kruusila, close to the village of Muurla and the historic manor landscape of Bergvik and nature trails. Easy way to get there from the first road. To the market and the center of Salo by car 15 min. The property is a privately owned property suitable for year-round living (for leisure use) and has been renovated throughout 2020-2023.

PRICING: Rented for weekly rent, weekend or weekweek for at least 3 nights at a time. The number of guests affects the price (e.g. whether a guest cottage is required). Starting from 1-3 persons 490 euros/week or 850 euros/week. NB! Booking calendar prices calculated for accommodation of 4 adults. TARGET INFORMATION:
The main house Villa Mustiina (65 m2) on a cliff, windows and terrace offer magnificent views of the lake. Includes: main room, well-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, convection oven, wood stove, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, electric mixer, toaster, crockery for about 7 people and cooking utensils), dining area and dining table for 8 people, living room spare room fireplace, Samsung smart TV (Netflix, etc) + soundbar, large corner sofa bed (8 persons) and cooling/heating air heat pump, bedroom with double bed, bathroom (water-toilet, walk-in shower, washing machine, tumble dryer), 2 separate furnished terraces (second covered) and gas grill. Separate heated guest cottages have double beds.
High speed WiFi connection is available at the property.
Drinking and shower water comes from the tap (borehole, water studied 7/2024), hot water heater.
Directly from the large terrace of the main building along the stairs to the sauna, the pier and the lake! In our own quiet beach with rowing boats and oars, a fishy and crabrous lake (pike, perch, spotted crab and walleye), at the end of the pier more than 2 meters deep, swimming crabs, onget, board. There is also a slightly slower section from the edge of the beach. The public sandy beach of Silicon Lake less than 2 km from the forest road.
Round log tarred sauna, large illuminated terrace with hot tub, heated dressing room and sofa, sauna and barbeque heating trees are included in the rent. Bathtub (5 persons) can be rented separately from April to October, incl. rent 100 euros, weekly rent 120 euros.
The courtyard is spacious and bright (morning and evening sun), the cottage also has a lot of indoor and yard games (e.g. darts, darts, petanque, croquet, etc.), hockey paint and frisbee paint. Berries and mushroom picking fields directly in the yard and nearby terrain, blueberries and lingonberries a lot.
Front yard accessible fixed carport. In the yard there are parking spaces for 4-5 cars. On the plot, height differences = crabs laid on the shore 50 m, see the pictures in more detail. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
You must bring your own bed linen (towels/pillowcases/linens/sleeping bags) as well as household and toilet papers. For longer stays (min. 1 week) it is also possible to rent separately.
