Meriluodon Tähti is a year-round, unique, modern, new and stunning archipelago villa in the heart of the archipelago in Kustavi. The beach is in the direction of the evening sun and the large landscape windows of the villa and sauna building offer wonderful views of the sea. Meriluodon Tähti is a real holiday paradise! You can take boats as far as Åland or take a car tour around the archipelago's Rengastie. Meriluodon Tähti was completed for rental use in late January 2021. The villa has 6+2 beds; 100 m2 villa and 20 m2 sauna building. The villa is at the end of the road, about 15 minutes drive from Kustavin Sale, in a very quiet place. You can also come to Meriluodon Tähti by boat. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen (Moccamaster coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, induction hob, oven, integrated microwave, crockery for 8 people), dishwasher, washing machine, 2 toilets and shower. In the summer season, an air heat pump is used for cooling. The living room has a 55” smart TV and the fiber optic tone works great. Therefore, remote work is also successful at Meriluoto Tähde. The villa has beds for six people. There are two bedrooms and two beds are in the large living room. All rooms with beds have blackout curtains. The villa has two fireplaces. The sauna building dates from 1972, but it will be completely renovated in 2020-2021. The sauna room can accommodate 3-4 people at a time. The sauna building also has a chamber (extra bed for 2 people) and the building is located right by the sea, in front of the magnificent scenery, in the direction of the evening sun. The chamber has full-height landscape windows, so the atmosphere is like a sea igloo! The main building is 10 meters higher, and from the large landscape windows you can see the sea all the time. Due to height differences, this item is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The villa is built along the surrounding cliffs. The neighbors are not close. On the other side there are no neighbors at all, but the plot is bordered by a forest of villas, which is a magnificent, natural archipelago forest with rocky cliffs and cuckoo pine trees. On the shore of Meriluodon Star there is a 9-meter-long Marinetek pontoon pier, where several boats can be attached. Two buoys. From the pier you can swim up to the swimming stairs. The depth of the beach is about 2 meters during normal water, just over 2.5 meters at the end of the pier. In addition, the beach has a terrace of 40 m2, and in summer there is a sofa set, a drinks fridge and a bar counter. Guests can also use a rowing boat, a few life jackets and 2 x sup boards. For those who know how to use sea kayaks, we also give free access to sea kayaks! The parking lot can accommodate several cars and it is also possible for the customer to rent a charging station for electric cars for a fee. The villa has a large 50 m2 terrace where you can spend summer days sitting on a sofa set or having a barbecue. Meriluodon Tähti is also popular with fishermen!

Booking and cancellation terms
The reservation is binding immediately, from the moment of booking, regardless of whether the reservation was made by phone or in writing. If there are less than 32 days from the date of booking, it is no longer possible to cancel the reservation and the full price of the reservation will be charged to the customer. Cancellation must be made in writing to jonna@mansikkatila.fi. The customer must ensure that Tähti-Huviloi receives a written response to the cancellation request. Failure to pay the invoice is not a cancellation of the accommodation reservation. Tähti-Villas has the right to cancel the booking if the customer does not comply with our payment terms. In this case, the customer will be charged a minimum cancellation fee of 20%.

Payment terms
The booking fee is 50% of the price of the reservation and will normally be paid 14 days after booking. The final payment of 50% will be paid 32 days before the time of booking. It is possible to cancel the reservation no later than 32 days before the date of the reservation. In this case, the cancellation fee is 20% of the total price of the accommodation. The reservist must be at least 24 years of age. We do not rent a villa for so-called party use

Delays and compensations
There is silence in the area from 11pm to 7am. If the guests cause undue disturbance and despite the notice of the cabin manager, the reservation can be cancelled. In this case, the residents of the cottage will be forced to immediately surrender the cottage, and the payments paid will not be refunded. Customers should note that Meriluodon Tähti is not located in a rented cottage village, but all other cottages located around it are private people's holiday homes. Holiday in the area should be restrained and respectful of the other cottagers. Guests should note that Pyöskerintie and Luodontie are narrow dirt roads with a speed limit of 30 km/h. There are few overtaking places, so please drive carefully! There are also an exceptional number of deer and deer moving throughout the archipelago, so please also drive with caution because of the animals.Star Villas are not responsible for the customer's traffic behavior and its possible consequences in road and water areas. It is forbidden to anchor the boat in nearby waters and on the pier of the Star of Meriluodon. In case of unexpected illness or accident, we recommend taking out insurance. Changes in weather conditions or possible reasons caused by the weather conditions, etc. do not justify cancellation of the reservation. The client is responsible for the furniture of the cottage during the rental period.

Damages and deposits
The customer is obliged to compensate the damage caused to the object or its movable property to Tähti-Villas. The customer must bring their own bed linen. The use of linen is mandatory. This holiday destination must not be used by more than what is stated on the Tähti-Huvilwebsite/Nettimök's destination description. It is forbidden to use a tent or caravan/car without the permission of the Star Villas on the property of the resort. The area is monitored to ensure that there are not too many guests.
Ourcottage inspector checks the cleanliness and condition of the villa, sauna and outdoor areas after each client. If there is any concern regarding the level of cleaning or the condition of the villa, the customer will be sent photographs of the situation and the customer is obliged to pay the extra cleaning bill and replace the broken products.

Insurance and own risks
The reservation undertakes to provide the names of the guests staying at Tähti-Villas upon request.
It is strictly forbidden to make an open fire in any outdoor area.
Smoking is prohibited indoors at the resort. An indoor smoking fee of at least €100 is charged for unauthorised smoking. Pets are prohibited in all our villas. Tähti-Huvilat is not responsible for any allergic or other symptoms caused by unauthorised smoking or animal dust. Please inform Tähti-Villas of any broken dishes, etc., immediately and we will assess the situation. For the lost key, the actual cost of replacing the lock (applies to the sauna key, or if a spare key has been used) will be charged.
