Sauna cottage is located right by the sea. It is at your sole disposal (sauna, shower, main room, kitchenette and sleeping loft) for living or vacationing on a plot with 90 meters of private shoreline. Quiet and private place (neighbors can be seen, but not too close). There is a stove in the fireplace and the sauna in the 27 m2 sauna cabin is wood-heated. Firewood is included in the rent. Large terrace and stairs to the sandy beach. The beach has a sandy bottom with a gentle deepening. Boat pier with a draught of 1.5-3 meters (depending on the level of the water surface and buoys deeper). A rowing boat at your disposal. There is also a washing machine, but the dishes should be washed by hand traditionally. Running mains water and shower. Easy-to-use Separett dry toilet in the outbuilding (slightly more modern than the traditional house).
The use of the barn is agreed separately, for which there is an additional fee of 80 e/accommodation for less than a week (firewood and water). It is not used now in winter when there is more frost due to the difficulty of draining. Instructions are given for the use of the pallet, it is filled/emptied by yourself
and heated by yourself.The hut will come into use no earlier than summer. According to the agreement, even earlier.
Check-in with key box flexibly starting at 4pm. Road to the yard (no ferries). Check-out by 2pm, so there is also time on the day of departure for cleaning and washing linen if necessary. When you get to be in the cabin in peace without people outside, it creates an obligation to treat it as a self-catering destination, so you have to leave the place in a tidy condition when you leave and the towels and linen you use washed and put to dry.
Policies: Self-catering accommodation, such as sauna heating, etc. The cabin is left tidy and the rubbish is taken away to the rubbish bin on departure. Used linen is washed at a minimum of 60 degrees (wash cycle approx. 3 hours, about two machines if you wash sheets and towels) and put to dry, so it is recommended to bring your own. The rest can also be agreed upon if necessary. In the dry toilet, replace an empty compost bag (easy instructions on the wall). The key is returned to the key box and the air heat pump setting is reset. I'm not being specific on top of the last one, but general neatness and sanity here too. I also expect that from guests, so that the destination will be pleasant to the next. The place is fabulous and the fee practically reimburses me only for the capital, and there is no consideration for services. You can pay for the services elsewhere where the place is priced.
Wifi may or may not be. I am slowly opening the summer booking calendar ahead of time, so ask me if the days are closed.

Moderate cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 7 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 24 hours before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
