Cottage for rent for year-round use on the shores of Lake Vesijärvi. In the two-story additional wing, completed in spring 2017, there are 2 bedrooms, a toilet and a shower stall. On the old side there is a living room, a kitchenette, a sauna and a sauna chamber.
In thebedrooms of the new side, you can sleep peacefully, without caring about those who spend time there. Brings a great view from a large window to the lake.
A nice atmospheric dark sauna, where you can get great steam from the wood-burning stove. For an extra atmosphere, you can burn the wood in the fireplace
.The bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people and 2 rollaway beds. In the sauna chamber there is also a spreading bed
. Itwas raining or roasting in the barbecue house, it is nice to grill all the delicacies for a larger number of people. In the smokehouse in the courtyard, you can smoke the dishes from the lake or fish shop

Minimum rental period in June, July and August 1 week, change date Sunday, other times minimum rental period 2 days.
Rental prices max 6 persons. For larger numbers of people, the price is agreed separately.
The renter will do the final cleaning when they leave.

The customer must pay a minimum booking fee (20% of the rental price of the resort) at the time of booking, within 7 days of booking to the account. The final invoice will be sent to the customer's email at the same time as the booking fee. The final invoice will be paid 6 weeks before the rental date
.Cancellation must always be made by email to moijaana@gmail.com. The cancellation shall be deemed to have taken place at the moment when the notice of cancellation has been received.
If the customer cancels the reservation, the share of the reservation fee (20% of the rental price of the resort) will not be refunded.
If the reservation is cancelled later than 28 days before or during the rental period, the charges made by the customer will not be refunded at all.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, with the exception of the reservation fee, if the customer himself or a person living in a joint household with him becomes seriously ill, suffers an accident or dies. The cancellation must be notified without delay and substantiated in a reliable manner, e.g. a medical certificate.
If the cancellation occurs later than 48 hours before the start of the reservation or during the reservation, the payment made by the customer will not be reimbursed.
If the resort is not accepted or received late, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the rent. If the customer cancels their booking and leaves the resort before the end of the rental period, no compensation will be paid for the unused time and the customer will not be entitled to
All comments relating to the invoice must be notified within 7 days of the date of the invoice. The invoice is paid as a SEPA payment (IBAN account number and BIC code of the bank). The invoice contains the name and contact details of the resort owner.
The booking is confirmed when the customer has paid the booking fee (20% of the rental price of the resort) by the due date or the booking fee and final payment in one go. The final payment will be paid no later than six (6) weeks before the start of the holiday.
If the reservation starts from 28 to 49 days (4-7 weeks), the full amount will be paid at once and the invoice must be paid no later than one week after the date of the invoice.
If the reservation starts from 27 days or less, the full amount will be paid immediately on the same day.
If the customer does not process the payments on time, the landlord can cancel the reservation without notice
The holiday destination is most commonly available to the customer from the day of arrival at 16:00 to the day of departure at 12.00. The time for handing over the holiday destination and keys is agreed separately. The holiday destination and its keys will be handed over to the customer by the owner in advance, either by phone or in writing at the estimated time of arrival. If the client does not arrive at the indicated time or does not indicate his arrival time at all, the landlord cannot guarantee the delivery of the keys. The cleaning of the resort at the end of the holiday is handled by the customer himself. Failure to clean is charged 150€. The invoice is delivered if the owner discovers that the holidaymaker has neglected cleaning. Final cleaning involves washing dishes and putting them in place, garbage being taken to the waste point, empty beverage bottles and -- cans taken away, furniture put in place. Food supplies are taken away or taken to a waste point. Carpets are tamped and floors are vacuumed. The floors are wiped with a damp mop, tables and levels are wiped with a damp cloth, bed linen is ventilated outside, the sauna and toilet are washed. The yard area and barbecue area are left in a tidy condition. Ashes (sauna, fireplace and barbecue) are emptied into an ash bucket. The final cleaning should be done in full only on the day of departure. The rental includes the right to use the reserved resort for the booked time. Normal energy costs, furniture, cooking and dining utensils, cutlery, mattresses, blankets and pillows are included. Firewood is included in the rent. Basic spices, barbecue coals and toilet and kitchen papers are not included in the rental price. Free access to the rowing boat is included in the price during summer time. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent. The client must wear sheets. Bed linen and towels can be ordered at the time of booking. The cleaning of the resort during the holiday is taken care of by the customer himself. The maximum occupancy of the holiday destination is the maximum number of persons indicated in the description of the resort in terms of the number of beds or the number of persons agreed upon when booking the resort. Celebrations and other occasions where the number of people in the resort is temporarily exceeded must be agreed in advance with the owner. It is forbidden to bring rented equipment (e.g. a bath tub) onto the resort property. The erection of a caravan, camper or tent must be negotiated with the owner. Smoking and burning candles is prohibited in all indoor areas of the resort.
It is forbidden to open fire in the area
The
owner has the right to charge the customer a security deposit of EUR 150 upon arrival at the resort as security for the fulfilment of the customer's obligations and in case of damage (this is levied, for example, on stag and other larger crowds).
The resort owner will refund the security deposit to the customer on the day of departure. Compensation for damages and cleaning costs may be withheld from the deposit.
The lessor is not financially or legally responsible for any of the circumstances caused by the lessor through its own activities.
