The main house has two bedrooms, a living room, an open kitchen, dining areas and an atmospheric intermediate space with a fireplace. The main house also has two toilets, one of which has a shower.
In connection with the main house there is a spacious glazed terrace of 60 square meters, which it is possible to heat with gas heaters. Terrace amenities also include a high-quality gas grill and outdoor dining and seating areas.
The bedroom of the guest house is separated by sliding doors from the living room, which includes, among other things, a fireplace, a sofa and an air-filled spare bed.
In addition to the sauna building there is a dressing room, where it is also possible to stay. The sauna also has a cosy terrace with direct access to the pier and the beach.
Next to the sauna there is a wooden stove and a Biolan compost toilet.
It is possible to get to Villa Raitaranta either by car or by boat. Passage to the main building on one level is through a covered terrace. The guest house, located about 15 metres from the main building, is accessed via the courtyard stairs. The beach is located about 20 meters from the main building. The beach sauna, on the other hand, is built right

Villa Raitaranta is located about 24 km from Lahti, 13 km from the church village of Hollola and 16 km from Messilä camp and ski resort.
Other things to note:
We value ecology, self-sufficiency and peace. The cottage has its own well and an independent electrical system with solar panels, battery and generator. Although there is enough electricity for basic needs, we advise our guests to use electricity sparingly and in winter heating is supported by storage fireplaces. The main building also has an air source heat pump.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning for an additional fee. It is also possible to rent a wood-heated bellows located on the beach separately.
