Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the rental price of this cottage.
Located on the banks of the magnificent Kitkajoki River in Käylä, this traditional log cabin has been completely renovated and re-furnished in spring 2024.

The sandy beach best accommodates 5 people, a spacious bedroom downstairs for 2 people (180cm double bed) and a spacious high upper loft with three single beds (two can be combined into a double bed). If necessary, an additional 2 spare beds can be accommodated upstairs, i.e. a total of sleeping places for 7 people. Upstairs there are lobed and sturdy stairs
.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning will make your holiday much easier! A children's travel cot and high chair are available on request.
A wood
stove in the sauna and a soapstone fireplace in the living room! Well equipped spacious kitchen, washing machine and drying cabinet. Air heat pump.
An electric smoker and a gas-powered mason can also be found in the outdoor storage room.
The beach is quite hard-bottomed, shallow to a long river. In the summer we use a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and a catfish. Additional refrigerator in a wooden stove. In winter, use 2 pairs of snowshoes and telescopic poles
.
There is a place for heating on the beach.
Electric car charging station Webasto Pure available for an additional fee.
In winter, on the other side of the traditional ski trail, Kitkajoki wilderness trail 10km, from where it connects to the Käylä light trail (2,5km). Snowmobile trail (Ruka-Salla) easily accessible

Cottage with its own peace, neighboring cottage in private use (1pc) next to 30m, but with trees in between. No passing traffic.
Free wifi, two SmartTVs, Playstation4 and JBL bluetooth speaker.
Kiram Comfort bath tub can be rented separately for the duration of the holiday. The new hygienic composite bellows and efficient stove allow for a short heating time and a pleasant bath experience in the sky! Barn rental incl. firewood + water from 200€/2day.
