LIVING ROOM-KITCHEN
The living areas and kitchen are spacious spaces from which you can admire the beautiful courtyard and lake view or enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. At the round dining table you can cover tasty meals for six people and in summer enjoy your morning coffee in the comfort of the terrace. The living room has a 55” smart TV and a JBL-partybox for sound reproduction. The whole cottage is on one floor and all
rooms have pleasant underfloor heating.
SLEEPING AREAS
Arelaxing and restorative night's sleep is guaranteed by quality beds and fresh bedding. The master bedroom has a 180cm double bed, plenty of closet space and a 42” smart TV. The second bedroom has two 80cm beds and sliding door cabinets for storing things. Two extra beds accrue to a spreading sofa bed in the living room
.SAUNAS, BATHS AND BATHING
Theindoor sauna at Metsola includes a Narvi Sauna stove, a rainwater shower and mood lighting. The spacious hallway/dressing room is practical and the sauna can comfortably cool off on the outdoor terrace or relax in the hot tub! The Kiram Comfort composite bellows, heated with wood, are hygienic and efficient and allow for a short heating time.
Belju is available all year round
A separate beach sauna is also a smoke sauna! The beach sauna has two stoves, a traditional wood-heated stove also gives the atmosphere and smell of a smoke sauna. The actual smoke sauna can be ordered separately for an additional fee. From the beach sauna you can take a dip in the clear, drinkable Lake Tiermasjärvi during summers and winters!
In winter, there is an opening at the end of the pier! There is no shower in the beach sauna, in summer water rises from the lake by pump, and in winter by carrying water
.COURTYARD
Insummer, you can find a large ACON trampoline, a dart board and a yard swing for children on the lawn. The entire yard area is fenced, but reindeer occasionally find their way to the yard through the lake. Pets are allowed according to the booking conditions
. Inaddition to the beach sauna, the terrace has Jalotaka's garden grill and garden furniture. In summer, we use a large rowing boat with an electric outboard motor for rent. Tiermasjärvi has a rich fish population, including whitefish, muikku, perch. Possibility of net fishing as
well.In summer, you can rent the cabin's own ATV for 100€/day. Min. rental period 3days incl. 100km/day. Exceeding km 2€/km. There are two helmets in the cabin
.In winter, you can also rent the cottage's own Lynx snowmobile, for example, to make a ski trail on the lake or around the yard. Cross-country planers are available. A snowmobile with a wide blade is also suitable as a ice sledge. Fuels and oils are issued by the tenant according to usage. Snowmobile rental price 100€/day. Min. rental period is 3 days and includes 100km/day. Exceeding km 2€/km
.LOCATION
Metsola is perfectly located — Oulanga National Park is only 6km away! The most popular hiking destinations are therefore just a short drive away, also canoeing and rafting adventures next door
.25km to Rukatunturi and 7km to the village of Käylä, where there is a grocery store, a gas station and a ski track lit in winter, as well as a skating rink.

AVolkswagen Caravelle minivan is also available through us. Car rental can be arranged at Kuusamo Airport and Ruka-Kuusamo area
